Reggie Bullock will return to the Detroit Pistons.

A person with firsthand knowledge of the process told the Free Press tonight that the 6-foot-7 swingman has agreed to a two-year, $5 million deal to re-sign with the Pistons.

But the second year isn't guaranteed.

The move comes days after the Pistons relinquished ties with shooting guard Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, opening the door for the team to retain Bullock.

Bullock was part of the 2015 trade when he was an afterthought in the trade for Morris.

In two seasons with the Pistons, he shot more than 39.7% from three-point range.

But he’s been injury prone.

Bullock is suspended for the first five games of next season for violating the NBA's anti-drug policy.

The Pistons declined his $3.3 million qualifying offer before the start of free agency, but retained his Larry Bird rights.

The Pistons roster is now at 13 players.

The Vertical was first to report the agreement.
