10 craziest stadium foods for 2017 NFL season

Fans heading to NFL stadiums this season may notice some changes to their favorite concession menus: Notably, more breakfast.

With less than a month until kickoff, Aramark released its new menu items for the 2017 NFL season, and there's a definite shift in the brunch direction. After all, many NFL games do take place during prime brunch hours.

While all these new menu items are certainly outside-the-box options, we've ranked the 10 craziest meals that fans can look forward to enjoying.

10. Taco Tot - Cincinnati Bengals

They're like nachos, but with tater tots. I can get behind that. The entire dish is tater tots loaded with queso blanco, chorizo crumbles, pico de gallo and jalapeños.

9. Loaded Potato Skin Burger - Kansas City Chiefs

Part of me thinks that this is a ton of starch for one dish. The other parts wants me to stop complaining and admit it sounds delicious. The Loaded Potato Skin Burger is fried potato skins covered with cheese, bacon bits and sour cream all serving as the bun for a burger with lettuce and a tomato slice.

8. Burger Benedict - Baltimore Ravens

Benedicts are delicious. Burgers are delicious. Ravens fans can now enjoy both at the same time. The Burger Benedict is a ground bacon burger topped with a fried egg, ham, tomato, jack cheese and hollandaise spread, on a toasted English muffin.

7. Donut Burger - Tampa Bay Buccaneers

We've seen a halved doughnuts serve as the bun for a burger, but the Bucs are going one better with two whole doughnuts in one burger. Oh, and there is also a fried egg and bacon.

6. Arrowhead Biscuit - Kansas City Chiefs

Judging from the stacking, a team of engineers put together this Arrowhead Biscuit. It looks incredible. This is a sandwich with a hash brown patty, Canadian bacon, fried egg, bacon jam and cheese. Then, it's topped with mini pancakes and bacon.

5. Bloomfield Pierogis - Pittsburgh Steelers

The Bloomfield will be one of three pierogi options available at Heinz Field this season. The Bloomfield, though, sounds especially crazy. This dish is potato pierogis topped with vodka sauce, spicy Italian sausage, mozzarella and parmesan.

4. French Toast & Sausage Sandwich - Chicago Bears

The sweet-and-savory action will be off the charts with the French Toast & Sausage Sandwich. This masterpiece is New England roll French toast with maple bacon sausage, spiced apple compote, toasted pecans, sharp cheddar cheese and caramel-maple syrup.

3. Breakfast Brat - Cleveland Browns

Ever want to eat a brat between a waffle? Now Browns fans can. The Breakfast Brat is a grilled bratwurst with sausage gravy, maple hot sauce, bacon crumbles and whipped butter, on a Belgian waffle.

2. Purple Grip - Minnesota Vikings

It's purple. That alone is worth a spot in the top 2. The Purple Grip is a buttermilk pancake, breakfast sausage link, bacon cream gravy, crispy tater tots and minced chives. And again, it's purple.

1. Slim Chicken - Philadelphia Eagles

Congratulations, Eagles fans. You can enjoy the craziest new menu item in the NFL. Just don't let the name deceive you - there's nothing slim about it. The Slim Chicken is a Frosted Flakes-crusted chicken breast topped with sharp cheddar cheese and ghost chili honey glazed bacon, on a sliced apple fritter.
