Whitefish Bay - Whitefish Bay High School Drama Club will present "Into the Woods" this weekend.

In "Into the Woods," James Lapine and Stephen Sondheim bring iconic characters such as  Little Red Riding Hood, Cinderella, Rapunzel, and Jack and the Beanstalk together in one story.

The story follows a baker and his wife, who wants to have a child; Cinderella, who wishes to attend the king's festival; and Jack, who wishes his cow would give milk. When the baker and his wife learn that they cannot have a child because of a witch's curse, the two set off on a journey to break the curse.

Performances will be held in the Whitefish Bay High School auditorium at 7 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 11, and Saturday, Nov. 12, as well as at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 13. Tickets are available at the door or online at http://wfbhsdrama.wixsite.com/wfbhsdrama.
