Whitefish Bay - Whitefish Bay's community theater organization will take on Woody Allen's "Play it Again, Sam" for its latest performance.

"Play it Again, Sam" is a 1969 Broadway play about a recently-divorced magazine writer, Allan Felix, who falls in love with Linda Christie, the wife of his best friend Dick Christie. During the play, he seeks advice from the ghost of his idol, Humphrey Bogart, but eventually decides to make his own decisions. The play was translated into a film in 1972.

The Bay Players' latest performance begins at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 23; Saturday, Sept. 24; Thursday, Sept. 29; Friday, Sept.30 and Saturday, Oct. 1. Performances are held in the Whitefish Bay High School Auditorium, 1200 E. Fairmount Ave. More information can be found at http://www.thebayplayers.com

The cast includes Scott Sorensen as Felix, Donna McMaster as Nancy, William Molitor as Bogey, Paul Pfannenstiel as Dick Christie, Nancy Hofman as Linda Christie, Brigid O'Brien as Sharon/Sharon Lake/Barbara and Sophie Eiseman as Gina/Vanessa/Go-Go Girl.
