BROWN DEER

1The following incidents were reported at Walmart, 6300 W. Brown Deer Road: Two Milwaukee male employees, 19 and 27, were cited April 7 for shoplifting; one took $16 of candy and one $120 of video game accessories in March; A wallet and contents valued at $350, including cash, credit cards and a social security card, was taken after it was left in a bathroom April 7; A 22-year-old Brown Deer woman was cited after taking $34 of party items April 8.

2A 41-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for OWI in the 5300 block of West Bradley Road at 11:56 p.m. April 7. His preliminary BAC was 0.107.

A 37-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for disorderly conduct/domestic violence related, felon in possession of a firearm and a parole violation after threatening and pushing a woman at 10 a.m. April 8.

3A 36-year-old Brown Deer man was cited for OWI, refusal to take a breath test and speeding 65 mph in a 35 mph zone in the 8600 block of North Green Bay Road at 12:50 a.m. April 9.

4A 29-year-old Brown Deer woman was cited for OWI and speeding 56 mph in a 40 mph zone in the 4600 block of West Brown Deer Road at 2 a.m. April 9. Her BAC was 0.098.

5An unlocked car was reported entered but nothing taken in the 8400 block of North 52nd Street on April 11.

6A 13-year-old boy and a 14-year-old girl of Brown Deer were cited for disorderly conduct after fighting at Brown Deer Middle High School, 8060 N. 60th St., at 3 p.m. April 11.

FOX POINT

7A 49-year-old Bayside woman was cited for OWI and open intoxicants after police were called that the woman, when asked, refused to leave a business in the 8000 block of North Port Washington Road at 11:22 a.m. April 12. When police arrived, she had driven away but was stopped in the 7400 block. The woman, who denied drinking and failed field sobriety tests, had a BAC of 0.24. An open bottle of wine was found in the front seat.

GLENDALE 

8A 19-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for shoplifting women’s clothing valued at $250 at Boston Store, 5701 N. Lydell Ave., at 2:45 p.m. April 1. The man was described as a “known suspect.”

9A 31-year-old man and a 17-year-old girl, both of Milwaukee, were cited in separate incidents for shoplifting sunglasses valued at $15 from the Hot Shades Kiosk, 5800 N. Bayshore Drive, the man April 1 and the girl April 10.

10A 2014 Infiniti valued at $15,000 was taken from North Shore Infinity, 6030 N. Green Bay Ave., about 10:30 p.m. April 2. The dealership was broken into and the car driven out through a service door, causing $5,000 damage.

11Catalytic converters were taken from two cars in the 5900 block of North Green Bay Avenue sometime April 2 or 3 and reported April 5. Each was valued at more than $900.

12A Milwaukee mother and daughter, 38 and 21, were cited for shoplifting and fleeing an officer and the mother also for carrying a concealed weapon, a gun found in her car, after the two took comforters and bed sheets valued at $250 and fled Kohl’s, 5650 N. Bayshore Drive, at 2:35 p.m. April 4. The mother said she borrowed the gun from a friend in case she decided to “steal.”

13A 42-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for shoplifting about $15 of food, including donuts and turkey sandwiches, at Pick ‘n Save, 1735 W. Silver Spring Drive, 3:15 p.m. April 4.

14A woman reported that all four tires on her car were slashed at Motel 6, 5485 N. Port Washington Road, overnight April 4 or 5.

15A Milwaukee man reported the theft of clothing valued at more than $1,400, including three Rock Star jackets valued at $400 each, about $90 cash and his Quest card from his room at Motel 6, 5485 N. Port Washington Road, between 7 and 10 a.m. April 5. The man believed that two women who stayed with him the night before took the items.

16A dump truck tailgate valued at $2,500 was taken from the 6700 block of North Jean Nicolet Road between last November and April 5.

17The shoplifting of an entire Red Bull display valued at $650 was reported at Pick ‘n Save, 1735 W. Silver Spring Drive, about 12:30 p.m. April 6. The suspects fled in a dark green Saturn.

18Three males were seen on surveillance video taking more than 120 items of women’s lingerie valued at $2,100 from Victoria’s Secret, 5695 N. Centerpark Way, about 5 p.m. April 6 and reported at 8 p.m.

19A 31-year-old Antioch, Ilinois, man was cited for possession of 9.20 grams of marijuana after a report of the smell of burnt marijuana coming from his room at Motel 6, 5485 N. Port Washington Road, at 2:13 a.m. April 7. The man, at first, denied having the drug but then told police it was in his luggage.

20A 15-year-old Glendale girl was cited for possession of alcohol on school grounds at Nicolet High School, 6701 N. Jean Nicolet Road, at 7:34 a.m. April 7. An employee saw several students drinking from the girl’s water bottle that contained juice and alcohol. All students were released to parents.

21A 36-year-old Milwaukee man, on probation for burglary, was cited for possession of 0.38 grams of marijuana at a clinic in the 500 block of West River Woods Parkway at 1 p.m. April 7.

22A 25-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for driving a stolen car in the 5400 block of North Port Washington Road at 3:11 p.m. April 7. The car, a 2016 Hyundai, was taken from the 500 block of West Edgerton Avenue, Milwaukee.

23A 41-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for disorderly conduct after he was seen urinating outside a business at Bayshore Town Center, 5700 N. Bayshore Drive, at 3:22 p.m. April 7.

24A 25-year-old Sheboygan woman was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting an officer and a 20-year-old Plymouth man for possession of marijuana, driving without a valid license and suspended registration in the 4900 block of North Port Washington Road at 10:40 p.m. April 7. The couple had 1.3 grams of marijuana, two used syringes and a used crack pipe.

25A 16-year-old Milwaukee boy was cited for possession of marijuana, resisting arrest and theft of $285 from his employer, McDonalds, 5344 N. Port Washington Road, at 11:40 p.m. April 7. The boy was found with 4.4 grams of marijuana in 11 baggies.

26A backpack and contents valued at more than $2,000, including a laptop, was reported taken after it was left in the lobby of LaQuinta Inn, 5423 N. Port Washington Road, about 10 a.m. April 8.

27A 17-year-old Milwaukee boy was cited for possession of 26.2 grams of marijuana after his car was stopped because he and his passengers were not wearing seat belts in the 5600 block of North Port Washington Road at 6 p.m. April 8. The marijuana was found in the glove box.

28A 25-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for disorderly conduct/domestic violence related and criminal damage to property after he pushed and yelled at a woman at Motel 6, 5485 N. Port Washington Road, at 7:50 a.m. April 9. The man had damaged a TV and when taken into custody threatened the woman.

29Three pairs of sunglasses valued at $40 each and about $10 in change were taken from a car in the 5600 block of North Green Bay Avenue overnight April 9 or 10.

30Two males entered the store and grabbed two Samsung Galaxy and two Apple iPhones valued at more than $3,000 and fled Sprint Store, 5575 N. Port Washington Road, about 12:40 p.m. April 10. They fled south in an older tan Nissan Maxima.

RIVER HILLS

SHOREWOOD         

30Electronics valued at more than $250 were taken from a residence in the 2100 block of East Kenmore Place between noon and 10:50 p.m. April 6. A side door was forced open to gain entry.

31Trespassing to a private beachfront patio was caught on surveillance video in the 4000 block of North Lake Drive at 11:55 p.m. April 6. Nothing was taken but a tarp was cut and damaged.

32Two cars were entered and change taken from one in the 3800 block of North Prospect Avenue and nothing from one in the 2600 block of East Beverly Road on April 6 or 7.

33Three Milwaukee boys, 12, 14, 16, were referred to juvenile court for prowling and curfew violations after they entered unlocked cars in the 4200 block of North Prospect Avenue at 4 a.m. April 7.

34A 2008 Scion SUV valued at $4,000 was taken with a key fob from the 4100 block of North Woodburn Street before noon April 8 and recovered near the 3300 block of West North Avenue.

35A 32-year-old Fargo, North Dakota, woman was cited for OWI after making an illegal U-turn in the 4000 block of North Oakland Avenue at 2:15 a.m. April 9. Her BAC was 0.17.

A 50-year-old Shorewood man was cited for battery/domestic violence related after slapping a female relative at 4:46 p.m. April 9.

36An unlocked Toyota Prius was taken from a driveway in the 2300 block of East Lake Bluff Boulevard on April 9 or 10 and recovered in the 200 block of East Chicago Street, Milwaukee, April 12.

37Two cars were entered after windows were broken and items valued at more than $500 taken from one in the 4500 block of North Woodburn Street and nothing from one in the 4300 block of North Marlborough Drive April 9 or 10.

38Two pair of designer sunglasses valued at $530 were taken from a locked car in an underground garage in the 3500 block of North Oakland Avenue on April 9 or 10. A window was broken to gain entry.

39A 2015 Honda CRV valued at $19,000 was taken with a valet key from the 1500 block of East Kensington Boulevard and a 2001 Nissan was taken from the 4400 block of North Frederick Avenue on April 9 or 10.

WHITEFISH BAY

40A 19-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for OWI-drugs, possession of marijuana and carrying a concealed weapon after he was stopped for speeding 37 mph in a 25 mph zone in the 1500 block of East Hampton Road at 1:28 a.m. April 10. The man had 0.8 grams of marijuana and a stun gun without a permit.

41A $150 bike was taken and a car broken into with old cell phones and ear buds taken in a shared garage in the 100 block of East Chateau Place overnight April 9 or 10.

42An unlocked BMW X5 valued at $6,000 with a spare key inside was taken from the 700 block of East Lexington Boulevard between 7:30 p.m. April 10 and 6:30 a.m. April 11. Later that day, about 1:40 p.m., Milwaukee police reported the car speeding away from the 3800 block of West Wright Street.

43Four cars were entered, two in the 5100 block of North Elkhart Avenue and two in the 5100 North Woodburn Street April 10 or 11. The only item taken was an “older wallet.”

44A 20-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for possession of 3.7 grams of marijuana after she was stopped for non-registration in the 200 block of East Hampton Road at 10:15 p.m. April 11. The marijuana was in plain sight as the woman searched for her ID in the glove box.

45A 19-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for possession of 3.7 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after she and two Milwaukee men, 18 and 19, were found on the beach at Klode Park, 5000 N. Lake Drive, at 11:27 April 11. Police went down to the beach after finding their car in the Klode lot.

46A car was entered but nothing taken in the 2000 block of East Glendale Avenue on April 11 or 12 and surveillance video showed someone entering an unlocked car in the 2100 block of East Glendale Avenue at 1:29 a.m. April 12.

47A possible attempted entry was reported after a vice grip and screwdriver were found hidden behind a plant on the front porch and pry marks found on the door’s dead bolt in the 5400 block of North Santa Monica Boulevard on April 12.

48A TV, laptops, passports and other items were taken during a burglary in the 500 block of East Lancaster Avenue between 6:50 and 9:05 p.m. April 12. A kitchen window was forced open to gain entry.

49About $25 in change was taken from a car in the 1100 block of East Circle Drive on April 7 or 8 and reported April 13.

50A car was entered and a $100 trail camera taken in the 5100 block of North Elkhart Avenue between 5:30 and 7:45 a.m. April 11 and reported April 13.
