1A 39-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for possession of 6.15 grams of marijuana and a warrant after he was stopped for speeding in the 7800 block of North Sherman Boulevard March 31.
2A 42-year-old Brown Deer man was cited for disorderly conduct after a report of him being disorderly while arguing with a female in the 5700 block of West Ester Place at 6:23 p.m. March 31.
3A male was seen taking three pairs of shoes valued at $150 and fleeing Ross Dress For Less, 9088 N. Green Bay Road, at 9 p.m. March 31.
4A 25-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for her second OWI, driving with a revoked license and along with a 23-year-old Milwaukee woman, a passenger, for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after the two women were reported fighting in a car in the 5200 block of West Brown Deer Road at 2:38 a.m. April 1. The passenger was also cited for possession of 0.46 grams of marijuana. The driver had a preliminary BAC of 0.156.
5A 31-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for OWI and driving with a revoked license after he was found sleeping in his running car in the 8900 block of North Park Plaza Court at 8:05 a.m. April 2.
6A pocket knife and change were taken from an unlocked car in the 8400 block of North 66th Street sometime April 1 to 3.
7A male was caught on surveillance video smashing a window with a hammer to gain entry to Sprint, 9124 N. Green Bay Road, at 2:09 a.m. April 3. The man then grabbed a number of phones and fled the store – all of this happening in less than a minute.
8A car was entered but nothing taken in the 5300 block of West Donna Avenue on April 3.
9A 28-year-old Brown Deer man was cited for OWI in the 9100 block of North Deerbrook Trail at 1:14 a.m. April 5.
10A 51-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after a report of him causing a disturbance inside Walmart, 6300 W. Brown Deer Road, on April 5. The man also struggled with officers.
A 32-year-old Brown Deer man was cited for disorderly conduct and vandalism, both domestic violence related, and for trespassing after he broke into his ex-girlfriend’s residence, hid in a closet and when she got home, he attacked her at 3:11 p.m. April 5. The woman did not require medical care.
11Three cars parked in a driveway were entered but nothing taken in the 9000 block of North Bethanne Drive overnight April 5 or 6.
12An 18-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for possession of marijuana after he fled Cardinal Stritch Security officers who saw him smoking what appeared to be the drug in the east parking lot, 6801 N. Yates Road, at 5:30 p.m. April 2. As the man ran, he threw items into a yard waste bag. Those items were a marijuana blunt weighing 0.5 grams and a cigar wrapper. He was stopped a few blocks away.
13A 26-year-old Milwaukee woman with a suspended license was mailed a citation for “Owner’s Liability/fleeing an officer,” after officers attempted to pull over her car in the 100 block of West Dean Road at 12:37 a.m. April 4. A male was driving the car and fled from police, including running a red light. Police then attempted to contact the woman, both going to her home and calling her. When she didn’t respond, the citation was mailed.
14A male and female were seen putting items into a shopping basket and a bag and then walking out of CVS Pharmacy, 8661 N. Port Washington Road, about 7 p.m. April 5. An employee reported them driving off a tan SUV driven by another person.
15The theft of 24 pairs of shorts and eight pairs of pants valued at more than $1,100 was reported at Victoria’s Secret, 5695 N. Centerpark Way, between 2 and 6 p.m. March 23.
16A female grabbed a pair of $175 Persol sunglasses and fled The Sunglass Hut, 490 W. Northshore Drive, about 3:30 p.m. March 24.
17Two females pushing a stroller with a child inside put infant clothing valued at $125 into that stroller and fled Old Navy, 5810 N. Bayshore Drive, at 7:30 p.m. March 25.
18A 22-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for possession of 2.38 grams of marijuana after she was stopped for making an illegal U-turn in the 5400 block of North Port Washington Road at 10:15 p.m. March 25. As she reached for her ID in her purse, a pill bottle with the marijuana was visible.
19A 2016 Chevrolet Camaro valued at $26,000 was taken from a lot at the Holiday Inn, 4700 N. Port Washington Road, overnight March 26 or 27.
20An undisclosed amount of cash was taken during an armed robbery at La Quinta, 5110 N. Port Washington Road, about 10:55 p.m. March 27 and reported March 28.
21A 50-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for shoplifting and bail jumping after taking a $100 North Face jacket at Erehwon, 599 W. Glen Bay Avenue, at 4:30 p.m. March 28. He fled the store but was stopped.
22A purse and contents, including $100 cash and credit cards, was taken when left unattended on the back of a chair at Fiddleheads, 5600 N. Bayshore Drive, at 5 p.m. March 28.
23A 17-year-old Milwaukee boy was cited for shoplifting after taking two pairs of jeans and two shirts valued at $372 at Ragman, 5800 N. Bayshore Drive, at 4 p.m. March 29. The boy, who was on probation, ran but was found at a bus stop waiting for a bus.
24Two 33-year-old women and a 38-year-old man of Milwaukee were cited for shoplifting and one woman also for possession of a booster bag and the other for possession of a tool to remove sensors at Victoria’s, Secret, 5695 N. Centerpark Way, at 5:30 p.m. March 29. The trio took 11 items valued at more than $470.
25A male grabbed 10 packages of meat valued at $157 and fled Pick ’n Save, 1735 W. Silver Spring Drive, at 9 a.m. March 30. He drove off in a white Volvo.
26A catalytic converter valued at $1,500 was taken from a BMW at Umansky, 5990 N. Green Bay Ave., on March 29 or 30.
27Two 15-year-old boys and a 20-year-old man were cited for shoplifting and the man also for possession of marijuana while armed after they took items valued at $220 from stores at Bayshore Town Center, 5800 N. Bayshore Drive, about 6 p.m. March 30. They fled in a car. When stopped, the man told police he had a gun and marijuana in the car.
28A 25-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for possession of 2.65 grams of marijuana in five baggies after she was stopped driving a car with heavily tinted windows and no license plate after making an illegal left turn in the 1900 block of West Silver Spring Drive at 1:32 a.m. April 1.
29A 21-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for substantial battery causing bodily harm/domestic violence related after he attacked a man, hitting him with a hot iron causing burns and cuts to his face and chest at LaQuinta, 5423 N. Port Washington Road, at 2:15 a.m. April 1. The victim was treated at a hospital.
30A 34-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for OWI after hitting a mailbox in the 300 block of West Daphne Road at 2:30 a.m. April 2. The car ended up in a ditch with a shattered windshield and extensive damage to the front area. The mail box was also damaged. The woman, who told police “I had a lot to drink,” had a BAC of 0.22.
31An 18-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for possession of marijuana, driving without a license and failure to have insurance after he was stopped for speeding more than 70 mph in a 30 mph zone in the 6400 block of North Green Bay Avenue at 5:23 p.m. April 2. When told his car would be towed, the man asked police to get his phone out of the car along with his “blunt,” a marijuana cigarette weighing 0.25 grams.
32Two BMWs, a 2015 valued at $91,000 and a 2016 valued at $70,000, were taken from BMW Milwaukee North, 5990 N. Green Bay Ave., on April 2 or 3. Another dealership in the area also reported at least one car taken April 2 or 3.
33A pair of Gucci sunglasses valued at $500 were reported taken from a car in the 4800 block of North Mohawk Avenue on April 3.
34An undisclosed amount of money was taken during an armed robbery at a business in the 5400 block of North Port Washington Road at 10:30 a.m. April 3.
35Two Milwaukee boys, 14 and 16, were cited for driving a stolen car, robbery with threat of force and resisting arrest after they took a 2014 Ford Escape from the 7300 block of North Pieron Road at 3:22 p.m. April 3. The owner of the car reported the boys threatened her, implying they had a weapon, and drove off. Minutes later they hit a car in the 4100 block of West Good Hope Road and fled but were located.
36A $770 iPhone was taken from T-Mobile, 436 W. Silver Spring Drive, about 3:30 p.m. April 3.
37A window was broken and a car rummaged through but nothing taken in the 5700 block of North Crestwood Boulevard before 12:45 p.m. April 4. Damage was more than $200.
38A 44-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for OWI and warned for unsafe lane deviation after she was seen weaving in traffic in the 3500 block of West Brown Deer Road at 1:27 a.m. April 5. The woman, who admitted having one beer an hour before, had difficulty taking a breath test and agreed to a blood draw. After that, she was able to give a preliminary breath test that registered 0.228.
39A 63-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for shoplifting, with two prior convictions, and a warrant after taking more than $240 of over-the-counter pain medicines at Walgreens, 1800 E. Capitol Drive, at 6:45 p.m. March 31.
40More than $5,000 of what were described as “collectibles” were taken during a burglary in the 2600 block of East Capitol Drive between 4:15 and 6:30 p.m. April 1. Entry was gained through an unlocked window.
41Cars, all parked on the street and most unlocked, were entered and rummaged through in the following blocks early morning April 2: 4300 and 4400 North Wildwood Avenue, 4200 North Olsen Avenue, 4000 North Morris Boulevard. A tan Jeep Liberty, listed as stolen out of Milwaukee and possibly related to these incidents, was being sought.
A 25-year-old West Allis man was cited for disorderly conduct/domestic violence related and a parole violation after grabbing a woman causing pain at 10:20 p.m. April 2.
42Two or three males entered an apartment but fled when confronted by the resident in the 1200 block of East Kenmore Place at 2:40 p.m. April 3. The males drove away and were involved in a hit-and-run in the 1600 block of Lake Bluff Boulevard. They drove away again into Glendale, where they took another car, which they crashed at North 41st Street and West Good Hope Road. At that time, two Milwaukee boys, 14 and 16, were taken into custody by Glendale Police.
43Items valued at more than $5,000, including two TVs and a Macbook laptop, were taken during a burglary in the 5000 block of North Diversey Boulevard between 5:30 and 9:50 p.m. April 2. A side door had been kicked in to gain entry.
44A 27-year-old Oak Creek man was cited for OWI and speeding 38 mph in a 25 mph zone in the 200 block of East Hampton Road at 11:11 p.m. April 3. His BAC was 0.15.
45An unlocked garage was entered and two cars rummaged through in the 5200 block of North Kent Avenue between 3:30 p.m. April 6 and 8:30 a.m. April 7. Nothing was reported taken.
46A 27-year-old Glendale woman was cited for OWI, refusal to take a breath test and speeding more than 45 mph in a 25 mph zone at North Mohawk Avenue and West Henry Clay Street at 3:22 a.m. April 8.
47Three ladder foot plates valued at $75 were taken from the parkway in the 5000 block of North Diversey Boulevard about 4 p.m. April 8. A man driving a white truck took them thinking perhaps they had been discarded.
48A 20-year-old Whitefish Bay woman was cited for underage drinking after she was heard yelling and attempting to get out of a car just pulling away from the 5500 block of North Santa Monica Boulevard at 12:26 a.m. April 9. The car was stopped and no injuries were reported.
49A 25-year-old Germantown man was cited for OWI and speeding about 50 mph in a 30 mph zone near the 200 block of East Hampton Road at 2:17 a.m. April 9. His BAC was 0.12.
