1A woman was cited for OWI after making an illegal U-turn in the 600 block of West Brown Deer Road at 1 a.m. Feb. 10. She had a moderate odor of alcohol on her breath and her eyes were glassy. When asked if she’d been drinking, she said she had two drinks with friends after work over the last seven hours. She failed field sobriety tests and had a BAC of 0.08.
2The following people were cited for shoplifting at Walmart, 6300 W. Brown Deer Road, Feb. 4 to 7: Two Milwaukee males, 16 and 22, took gloves and the 16-year-old was also taken into custody on a warrant for armed robbery; A 30-year-old Milwaukee man, also wanted on a warrant, was caught on video taking items Feb. 3 but fled the store. However, when he returned to the store Feb. 5, he was recognized and cited for the Feb. 3 shoplifting; A 41-year-old Brown Deer woman and a 44-year-old Milwaukee woman were cited after taking items valued at more than $60, including a purse and sweaters they put on.
3A 25-year-old Manitowoc man was cited for possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia and violation of his probation after he was found unconscious in a car in the 4200 block of West Bradley Road at 12:10 a.m. Feb. 4. He was given Narcan and taken to a hospital.
A 69-year-old Brown Deer woman was cited for disorderly conduct/domestic violence related after she had a “physical altercation” with a male at 5:35 p.m. Feb. 4.
4A 2007 Lexus stolen from Milwaukee displaying a stolen license plate was recovered with a damaged steering column in the middle of West Bradley Road at North 51st Street at 11:21 p.m. Feb. 4.
5An iPhone valued at $749 was taken from the Infinite Gymnastics Academy Inc., 8989 N. 55th St., on Feb. 4 and reported Feb. 7.
6A woman was reported taking 20 tops and blouses and fleeing Goodwill, 9305 N. Green Bay Road, at 3 p.m. Feb. 6.
7A witness reported a car parked in the road with the radio on in the 8200 block of North 53rd Street at 6:30 a.m. Feb. 8. It came back stolen from Chicago.
8A 55-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for OWI, no valid driver’s license, open intoxicants, three warrants and hit-and-run after rear-ending a car and then driving away from North 60th Street and West Dean Road at 8 p.m. Feb. 8. He was followed by the other driver and was stopped by police in the 7500 block of West Brown Deer Road.
9A 38-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for possession of marijuana after the car he was in was stopped in the 4300 block of West Schroeder Drive Feb. 8. He was asked about the odor of marijuana in the car and admitted smoking it earlier. A trace amount was found in a soda can.
A resident reported being the victim of fraud after finding eight unauthorized charges on her bank debit card at four Walmarts totaling $760 in January and reported Feb. 1.
10A 24-year-old Milwaukee man was referred to the district attorney on a felony charge of fleeing/eluding an officer and was cited for driving without a valid license and speeding more than 50 mph in a 35 mph zone in the 7700 block of North Port Washington Road at 1 a.m. Feb. 9. The man fled from officers but his car was identified and he and the car that had a damaged tire were located at a Brown Deer residence. At that time, the man admitted driving and also admitted he never had a license.
11A woman was seen taking Pink brand items valued at $205 at Victoria’s Secret, 5695 N. Centerpark Way, about 2 p.m. Jan. 23.
12The following were reports of shoplifting at Kohl’s, 5650 N. Bayshore Drive: Two women fled with items valued at $443 about 5:15 p.m. Jan. 23; A 28-year-old Milwaukee woman, also cited for possession of 0.028 grams of marijuana found in her purse, took two pajama bottoms valued at $24 at 2 p.m. Feb. 5.
13A man was caught on video taking 26 iPhones and seven cell phones valued at $8,294 at The Apple Store, 5715 N. Centerpark Way, on Jan. 14 and reported Jan. 26.
14Two males filled a cart with Tide and toilet paper valued at $148 and fled Pick ‘n Save, 6969 N. Port Washington Road, at 12:25 p.m. Jan. 28. They drove off in a car.
15A $400 cell phone was reported taken after it was left on a counter at Forever 21, 5766 N. Bayshore Drive, at 9:44 p.m. Jan. 28.
16A 30-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for both his second OWI and second driving after revocation, tampering with the ignition interlock device and refusal to take a breath test after he was found “dazed” sitting in his running car in the 900 block of West Hampton Avenue at 6 a.m. Jan. 31. The man, who smelled of alcohol and slurred his words, was taken for a blood draw.
17An 18-year-old Glendale man was cited for possession of marijuana at Nicolet High School, 6701 N. Jean Nicolet Road, at 11:07 a.m. Jan. 31. A teacher reported the student smelled of the drug and 1.2 grams were found in his backpack. He admitted the marijuana was his.
18A 54-year-old Chicago man was cited for disorderly conduct after he was reported waving a knife inside a restaurant in the 500 block of West Silver Spring Drive at 9:10 p.m. Feb. 1.
19A 28-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for his third OWI and driving after revocation after rolling his car over in the 6400 block of North Green Bay Avenue at 7:15 p.m. Feb. 3. The man, who became “agitated,” was taken for a blood draw.
20A Milwaukee boy and girl, both 16, were cited for resisting/obstruction after running from a car that had been stopped for speeding in the 1700 block of West Silver Spring Drive at 9:15 p.m. Feb. 4. After they fled the car, it sped away and was not pursued.
21A male was seen taking about $100 of meat products and fleeing Pick ‘n Save, 1735 W. Silver Spring Drive, at 6:15 p.m. Feb. 5. He drove off in a gold Cadillac with dark windows.
22A 26-year-old man was cited for possession of a marijuana and various traffic citations after he was stopped near the 4900 block of North Port Washington Road at 6:53 a.m. Feb. 6. A pill bottle with 5.17 grams of marijuana was found under the driver’s seat.
23A 27-year-old woman and a 28-year-old man of Milwaukee were cited for possession of heroin, cocaine and drug paraphernalia and warrants after police were called for the theft of a cell phone in the lobby at Motel 6, 5485 N. Port Washington Road, at 3:43 p.m. Feb. 6. The man, who had taken the phone, was found with 33 Clonazepam pills and the woman, found in their room, was in possession of heroin and cocaine in their luggage and her purse.
No reportable incidents.
24Three 15-year-old Shorewood boys and a 16-year-old Milwaukee boy were cited for shoplifting after taking hot deli items valued at about $15, including pizza, at Metro Market, 4075 N. Oakland Ave., at 3:51 p.m. Feb. 3. The shoplifting was caught on surveillance video.
25A $90 bottle of cologne and an $80 BMW case were reported taken from an unlocked car in the 3900 block of North Murray Avenue the morning of Feb. 6. When the items were taken was not known.
26The glass on a door was found broken at Amstar, 4000 N. Wilson Drive, on Feb. 7. Video showed a “shadowy figure” throw a rock at the door, causing $500 damage at 11:28 p.m. Feb. 6.
27A 26-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for burglary, felon in possession of a firearm and bail jumping after a report of an entry in progress -- a male was seen entering cars and then driving off in a black Honda in the 5200 block of North Santa Monica Boulevard at 4:57 a.m. Feb. 6. The man, who was stopped in Shorewood, had a gun and possibly stolen items in his car. In a possibly related incident, two cars were entered and a remote used to open an attached garage with items valued at $110 taken in the same block at 5 a.m. Feb. 6.
28A 22-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for possession of 1 gram of marijuana, driving without a valid license and a warrant after she was stopped driving a car with no plates in the 200 block of East Silver Spring Drive at 5 p.m. Feb. 6. The woman, who used a Wisconsin ID card to identify herself admitted never having a driver’s license and that there was a marijuana blunt in the car.
29An iPad, jewelry and some change valued at more than $400 were taken from the 4800 block of North Shoreland Avenue during the day Feb. 6. There was no sign of forced entry.
30A 27-year-old Waupaca woman was cited for OWI-drugs and driving a stolen car in the 200 block of East Silver Spring Drive at 11:25 p.m. Feb. 6. A drug recognition expert was called to the scene and the woman, who admitted using heroin and cocaine, was taken for a blood draw.
31A 2002 Chrysler van was taken from the 5000 block of North Berkeley Boulevard on Feb. 7 or 8. The van without keys was reported recovered in Wauwatosa.
32An unlocked car was entered in the 5100 block of North Berkeley Boulevard overnight Feb. 7 or 8. Nothing was taken but a Netgear Prosafe Firewall was found in the backseat.
33A 27-year-old Whitefish Bay woman was cited for her second OWI, driving with a revoked license-OWI related, obstruction and two warrants in the 100 block of East Chateau Place at 2:19 a.m. Feb. 10. Her BAC was 0.18.
34A 31-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for OWI and driving while suspended after he was stopped for speeding 45 mph in a 25 mph zone in the 4900 block of North Newhall Avenue at 2:07 a.m. Feb. 11. His BAC was 0.15.
