1The following shoplifting incidents were reported at Walmart, 6300 W. Brown Deer Road: A 39-year-old Glendale woman took $10 of cell phone accessories Dec. 21; The same male was caught on video, taking 2 IPhone 5s valued at $300 on Dec. 18 and taking a $378 43-inch TV on Dec. 24; A 17-year-old Brown Deer girl was cited for taking $25 of nail polish Dec. 27; A 38-year-old Milwaukee woman in a motorized cart was cited for switching tags on items valued at more than $70 on Dec. 28; A 19-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for resisting arrest, a warrant and along with two Milwaukee women, 19 and 20, for theft Dec. 30. They drove away but were stopped; A 37-year-old Milwaukee woman switched price tags on items valued at $74 on Dec. 30; A 17-year-old Milwaukee boy, who took a pregnancy test and food valued at $18, was also cited for resisting arrest Jan. 1; Two 21-year-old women of Milwaukee and Bayside took eyelashes, lipstick and jewelry Jan. 4.
2A storage unit was broken into and pairs of shoes taken in the 4100 block of West Hawthorne Trace Road between Dec. 22 and Jan. 2.
3TVs, jewelry and shoes were taken from the 7700 block of North Sherman Boulevard on Dec. 27 or 28. A back door was kicked in to gain entry.
A 36-year-old Brown Deer man was cited for battery, disorderly conduct and recklessly endangering safety, domestic violence related, and resisting arrest after threatening a woman with a knife at 1:16 a.m. Dec. 28. The man was reportedly intoxicated.
4A 42-year-old Cudahy man was cited for his third OWI, driving with a revoked license and a warrant in the 5500 block of West Brown Deer Road at 11 p.m. Dec. 29. He was taken for a blood draw.
5A 44-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for possession of 0.74 grams of marijuana and a warrant in the 6300 block of West Brown Deer Road at 7 pm. Dec. 30.
6A 25-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for possession of 0.99 grams of marijuana in the 8700 block of North 60th Street at 1 a.m. Jan. 1.
7A 27-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for possession of 1.29 grams of marijuana after he was stopped for speeding in the 8700 block of North 60th Street at 7 p.m. Jan. 1.
8Cash and gaming systems were reported taken from the 4300 block of West Dean Road on Jan. 3. A window screen was cut to gain entry.
9Two Milwaukee males, 25 and 42, were cited for OWI, after an officer saw the 42-year-old drive into a lot, exit, urinate next to a mailbox, get back in the car on the passenger side and the other man drive away in the 8000 block of North Port Washington Road at 10:08 p.m. Dec. 29. The younger man, who had an outstanding warrant, had a BAC of 0.14 and the other man was cited for refusal to take a breath test. The men admitted drinking and said they were lost.
A 56-year-old Fox Point woman was cited for disorderly conduct after a man came to the police station reporting the woman had damaged a bedroom door with a hammer and he feared for his safety at 10:45 p.m. Dec. 29. The woman said the man had taken her laptop and refused to open the door so she broke in. According to the DA, the incident did not meet the requirement of domestic violence.
10Two 16-year-old Whitefish Bay boys were cited, one for OWI-drugs and one for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, after an officer saw them in a car with motor running in the 7500 block of North Santa Monica Boulevard at 9:06 p.m. Dec. 31. Both boys admitted smoking “a bowl” of marijuana earlier at Estabrook Park. A drug recognition expert was at the scene and the driver, who had glassy eyes and failed field sobriety tests, was taken for a blood draw. The other boy had a bong on his lap and in his backpack was a scale, grinder and 5 grams of marijuana in different baggies.
11The following shoplifting incidents and some citations issued were reported at Kohl’s, 5650 N. Bayshore Drive: Two Milwaukee girls, 15 and 16, hid $231 of clothing in their purses and when stopped, one said they took items because “we were bored” Dec. 22; A 35-year-old woman and a 45-year-old man of Milwaukee were cited after putting $655 of clothing into shopping bags and attempting to flee Dec. 28; A male walked out of the store with a $499 Dyson vacuum Dec. 28; Two Milwaukee women, 21 and 22, each with a child, took clothing and stuffed animals valued at more than $330 Dec. 29. One said they “just did it to do it”; A 38-year-old Greenfield man took four Green Bay Packer caps valued at $116 on Dec. 31. He was also cited for trespassing because of previous citations for shoplifting in December.
12A 22-year-old St. Paul, Minnesota, man was cited for shoplifting after taking two bottles of perfume valued at $136 at Victoria’s Secret, 5695 N. Centerpark Way, at 5 p.m. Dec. 27. The man said he wanted to give the perfume to his mother.
13A man was reported waving a gun at an employee outside Pick ‘n Save, 1735 W. Silver Spring Drive, at 8:30 p.m. Dec. 27. Earlier, the man was asked to leave the store after standing behind a register.
14A 12-year-old Milwaukee boy was cited for driving a stolen car, fleeing and second-degree reckless endangerment after he was seen speeding more than 70 mph in the 5400 block of North Port Washington Drive at 1:40 a.m. Dec. 28. The car was stopped a few miles away after hitting a concrete pole. A 15-year-old Milwaukee boy was cited for being a passenger in the stolen car.
15A male was seen taking two pairs of boots valued at $180 and fleeing Journey’s Kidz, 5768 N. Bayshore Drive, at 4:32 p.m. Dec. 28.
16A foosball table valued at $120 was taken from the Go Calendar kiosk while the employee stepped away for a few minutes at Bayshore, 5800 N. Bayshore Drive, at 7:25 p.m. Dec. 28.
17A 28-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for possession of marijuana and driving without a valid license after he was stopped for illegal U-turn at 5400 N. Port Washington Road at 9:30 p.m. Dec. 28. The drug was found in baggies and scattered inside the car.
18An 18-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for driving a stolen car causing damage to property and second-degree recklessly endangering safety after fleeing from the 5400 block of North Port Washington Road at 7 a.m. Dec. 29.
19A male grabbed “an armful of jackets” valued at $1,380 and fled The Gap, 401 W. Northshore Drive, at 2 p.m. Dec. 29.
20Tools valued at more than $1,200, including Stihl chainsaws, were taken from an unlocked truck at West Vera Avenue and North Sidney Place between 8 and 10 a.m. Dec. 30.
21A 27-year-old Brown Deer woman was cited for possession of 0.06 grams of heroin after a 911 hang-up call came from her room at LaQuinta, 5423 N. Port Washington Road, at 5:44 p.m. Dec. 30.
22A 37-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for possession of 0.17 grams of cocaine and two Oxycodone pills and two counts of theft of jewelry valued at $90 at Kohl’s, 5650 N. Bayshore Drive, at 6:40 p.m. Dec. 31. A 17-year-old Milwaukee girl, a relative, was cited for resisting arrest causing injury to an officer after she struggled with that officer.
23A 51-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for OWI after he lost control of his car and rolled over at North Green Bay Avenue and West Silver Spring Drive at 11:57 p.m. Dec. 31. His BAC was 0.09.
24A male grabbed $140 of lottery tickets and fled Speedway, 6170 N. Green Bay Ave., about 3 p.m. Jan. 3. He drove off in a dark four-door sedan.

25A car reported taken from the 1900 block of East Jarvis Street on Nov. 25 was recovered after it was involved in an accident at South 22nd Street and West National Avenue at 3:33 p.m. Jan. 3.
26Jewelry and other items valued at more than $400 were taken from the 4300 block of North Lake Drive Dec. 28 or 29. There was a sign of forced entry.
27A package was reported taken from a porch in the 4000 block of North Morris Boulevard on Dec. 30.
28A 24-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for possession of 1.4 grams of marijuana after he was stopped for speeding 51 mph in a 25 mph zone in the 3500 block of North Oakland Avenue at 3:17 a.m. Dec. 31. The man was also cited for driving with a revoked license, non-registration and displaying unauthorized plates.
29Two 26-year-old Milwaukee men were cited for shoplifting and one also for violation of his parole and resisting arrest after they took about $250 of liquor at Metro Market, 4075 N. Oakland Ave., at 6:10 p.m. Dec. 31.
30A 26-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for his second OWI and speeding 52 mph in a 25 mph zone in the 3500 block of North Oakland Avenue at 2:05 a.m. Jan. 1. The man smelled of alcohol and admitted drinking. He was taken for a blood draw.
31A front window showed signs of forced entry but entry was not gained in the 1600 block of East Capitol Drive sometime before 6 a.m. Jan. 2.
32Two laptop computers were taken from an apartment in the 400 block of East Henry Clay Street sometime Dec. 24 to 26 and reported Dec. 29.
33Two Milwaukee boys, 14 and 15, were cited for fleeing/eluding police after they sped away from officers beginning in the 4600 block of North Wilson Drive at 12:39 a.m. Dec. 30. They abandoned the car near Green Tree Road and fled on foot but were stopped by both Glendale and River Hills police and turned over to Whitefish Bay.
34An 18-year-old Whitefish Bay man was mailed a citation for underage drinking after relatives reported him “heavily intoxicated and throwing up” in the 900 block of East Sylvan Avenue at 3:15 a.m. Dec. 30. The man was taken to a hospital.
35A 16-year-old boy and two girls, 15 and 16 of Whitefish Bay, were cited for violation of curfew after the car they were in was stopped for driving left of center in the 4400 block of North Lake Drive at 3:10 a.m. Dec. 31.
36A 25-year-old Milwaukee man was mailed a citation for theft after taking $120 from his employer, Dunkin Donuts, 106 W. Silver Spring Drive, on Dec. 31 and reported Jan. 1.
37A 30-year-old Minnesota man was cited for OWI after he was stopped for speeding 51 mph in a 25 mph zone in the 900 block of East Hampton Road at 12:30 a.m. Jan. 1. His BAC was 0.13.
38A 33-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for OWI and refusal to take a breath test after crashing into a parked car in the 4500 block of North Oakland Avenue at 1:23 a.m. Jan. 1.
39A 38-year-old California man was cited for OWI after he was stopped for speeding 60 mph in a 30 mph zone in the 5300 block of North Lake Drive at 2:40 a.m. Jan. 1. His BAC was 0.10.
40Two 16-year-old Milwaukee girls were cited for disorderly conduct after fighting at Whitefish Bay High School, 1200 E. Fairmount Ave., at 3 p.m. Jan. 3.
Two residents reported fraudulent use of their identities, including using their Social Security numbers to obtain credit cards and one also said a driver’s license and a passport had been made out in his name Jan. 4.
41A 19-year-old Whitefish Bay woman was cited for possession of marijuana after she and a male were found in a car after a witness reported that car in a private lot in the 1700 block of East Chateau Place at 12:10 a.m. Jan. 5. There was an odor of marijuana in the car and the couple admitted smoking the drug. A trace amount was found in the car.
42Items valued at more than $800 were taken from the 6100 block of North Lydell Avenue between 11:30 a.m. and 6:48 p.m. Jan. 5. A back patio door had been forced open to gain entry.
