1A 31-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for shoplifting toys valued at $49 at Michaels, 9090 N. Green Bay Road, at 12:50 p.m. Dec. 14.
2A 45-year-old Brown Deer man was cited for disorderly conduct after attempting to touch a female employee “inappropriately” at Applebee’s, 9080 N. Green Bay Road, at 8:16 p.m. Dec. 14. The man was intoxicated.
A 37-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for violation of a temporary restraining order domestic violence related and possession of an electric weapon after sending a threatening text message to a woman Dec. 15.
3A package with an Xbox valued at more than $350 was reported taken from the 9400 block of North 49th Street Dec. 15. Another package with an Xbox had been taken from the same residence about two weeks before.
4Three shoplifting incidents were reported at Walmart, 6300 W. Brown Deer Road, Dec. 15 and 16: A 57-year-old Milwaukee woman took $78 of clothing; A 52-year-old Milwaukee woman took $33 of cosmetic items; A 23-year-old Brown Deer woman, who took toddler clothing, was also cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying a concealed weapon, a handgun.
5A gift card worth $475 was reported taken from the 4100 block of West Bradley Road Dec. 16. Workers had been in the home during the time it was taken.
6A 26-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for possession of marijuana after he was stopped for a warrant in the 8400 block of North 60th Street Dec. 16. The man had a blunt.
7A 57-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for his third OWI and driving with a revoked license after he drove his car into a ditch in the 8600 block of North 51st Street at 5:37 a.m. Dec. 18. He was taken for a blood draw.
8A 17-year-old Brown Deer girl was cited for possession of marijuana at Brown Deer Middle High School, 8060 N. 60th St., about 9 a.m. Dec. 20. A “small amount” of the drug was found in her backpack. She told police she didn’t know it was in there.
9About $85 was reported taken from a cash register at Public Storage, 9199 N. Green Bay Road, at 2:45 p.m. Dec. 20.

10A 14-year-old Milwaukee girl was cited for criminal damage to property after breaking the glass protecting the fire hose at The Radisson, 7065 N. Port Washington Road, at 5 a.m. Dec. 11. The girl, who was with a relative, said she’d been confronted by other juveniles and was just fighting back.
11A Garmin GPS unit valued at $100 was taken from an unlocked car in the 6600 block of North Green Bay Avenue between 11 p.m. Dec. 13 and 12:05 a.m. Dec. 14.
12Two credit/debit cards and $20 in cash was taken from a locker during seventh-hour gym class at Nicolet High School, 6701 N. Jean Nicolet Road, on Dec. 12 or 13 and reported Dec. 14. The cards were used to charge $5 at Rocky Rococo and $62 at Victoria’s Secret.
13The following Milwaukee women were cited for shoplifting at Pick ‘n Save, 1735 W. Silver Spring Drive: A 31-year-old, who took six cans of baby formula valued at $114 Dec. 14, was also taken into custody along with a 24-year-old woman for warrants; A 62-year-old put catfish, a sandwich, a cookie and ice cream valued at $33 into her purse and attempted to flee Dec. 14.
14A 21-year-old Milwaukee woman hid $40 of clothing in her purse but was stopped as she fled Old Navy, 5810 N. Bayshore Drive, at 3:50 p.m. Dec. 14. She told police she had money to pay for the items but didn’t want to pay.
15A 47-year-old Glendale man was cited for his third OWI after he was stopped for driving north in the southbound lanes in the 7100 block of North Port Washington Road at 1:16 a.m. Dec. 15. His BAC was 0.23.
16A male was seen grabbing “a pile of yoga pants and shirts” valued at $784 and fleeing Victoria’s Secret, 5695 N. Centerpark Way, at 6:47 p.m. Dec. 15.
17The following shoplifting incidents were reported at Kohl’s, 5650 N. Bayshore Drive: a male fled with a Bluetooth speaker system Dec. 15: A 48-year-old Milwaukee man, “shopping” with a child, took clothing valued at $247 and was cited also for contributing to the delinquency of a minor and a warrant Dec. 15. The man had removed sensors and damaged all the clothing; A 16-year-old Milwaukee girl was cited for shoplifting and for resisting/obstruction after taking six Nike items valued at $158 and then refusing to comply with police orders.
18A female sat at the bar and ate some wings valued at $11 and then left without paying at Buffalo Wild Wings, 590 W. Northshore Drive, at 4:30 p.m. Dec. 16.
19A 43-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property after breaking a picture frame then screaming and spitting at employees at Motel 6, 5485 N. Port Washington Road, at 8:30 p.m. Dec. 17.
20A snow blower valued at more than $150 was taken from a locked garage in the 5200 block of North 26th Street overnight Dec. 18 or 19. The garage door was found “disengaged.”
21A 35-year-old Brown Deer man was cited for his second OWI, open intoxicants and warned for non-registration in the 1200 block of West Brown Deer Road at 1:11 a.m. Dec. 23. A flask holding alcohol, along with cans of beer were found in the car. The man, who admitted having four beers and four shots, failed field sobriety tests and had a BAC of 0.12.
22A resident reported that a man in a car called out to a child walking home from school asking if he/she needed a ride home near Shorewood Intermediate School, 3830 N. Morris Blvd., about 3:30 p.m. Dec. 14. No other information was available.
23A 24-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia, a crack pipe, and shoplifting at Metro Market, 4075 N. Oakland Ave., at 10:15 a.m. Dec. 15. The man attempted to flee with baby formula and Red Bull valued at over $320.
24A witness reported seeing a man take six pallets valued at $36 from Shorewood High School, 1701 E. Capitol Drive, at 9 p.m. Dec. 15.
25Property valued at more than $1,000 was taken during a burglary in the 4200 block of North Larkin Street between 7:35 a.m. and 5:45 p.m. Dec. 16. A back door was forced open to gain entry. Forced entry to another home in the same block but nothing taken was reported Dec. 20.
26An unlocked car with keys inside was taken from the 4400 block of North Lake Drive overnight Dec. 16 or 17.
27A resident reported seeing a man and woman get out of a car carrying shovels, leaving the motor running and walking up a driveway to the rear of a home in the 4400 block of North Maryland Avenue at 1 a.m. Dec. 18. When they saw they were being watched, they returned to their car and drove away.
28A package holding items valued at $123 was taken from a front porch in the 4000 block of North Prospect Avenue between 10:45 a.m. and 2 p.m. Dec. 19 and reported Dec. 20.
29A 24-year-old Shorewood woman was cited for OWI after she was found passed out in her running car in the 2200 block of East Edgewood Avenue at 12:36 a.m. Dec. 20. Her BAC was 0.24.
30A 37-year-old Greenfield woman was cited for OWI after she was seen crossing the center line three times in the 3900 block of North Oakland Avenue at 2:34 a.m. Dec. 21. Her BAC was 0.15.
31An attempted entry was reported in the 600 block of East Hampton Road between Dec. 11 and Dec. 18. A door on the east side had minor damage but entry was not gained.
32A burglary was reported in the 700 block of East Silver Spring Drive sometime Dec. 16 to 21. A rear door was found open and many rooms in the home rummaged through. The residents are to call police on what might have been taken. A neighbor reported his dogs were “acting strange” and didn’t want to go outside late afternoon Dec. 21.
33A 20-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for OWI after she was stopped for suspended registration in the 200 block of East Hampton Road at 11:27 p.m. Dec. 18. She failed field sobriety tests and had a BAC of 0.11.
34Garage doors were found open and Crime Prevention Cards left in the following blocks: 6100 and 6200 North Bay Ridge Avenue, 6100 North Shoreland Avenue, 5800 North Shore Drive, 6200 North Lydell Avenue, 6300 North Lake Drive early mornings Dec. 19 to 21.
35A resident waved down an officer saying she’d left her wallet on a bus in the 100 block of West Silver Spring Drive at 12:10 p.m. Dec. 19. The officer located the bus about a mile away and found her wallet.
A resident reported his ID had been used fraudulently to open credit cards Dec. 21.
A resident reported being the victim of a scam after a call from his step-son saying he’d been in an accident and needed bail money Dec. 21. The resident bought a $1,000 Target gift card and gave the numbers to the caller. He did think it might be a scam but purchased the card anyway.
36A19-year-old Milwaukee man, an employee, was cited for theft from Sendik’s, 500 E. Silver Spring Drive, at 7:45 p.m. Dec. 21.
