BROWN DEER

1A 32-year-old Kewaskum man was cited for possession of 0.73 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, a glass pipe, in the 6300 block of West Bradley Road at 5:23 p.m. Nov. 22.

2Three tires were slashed on a Mazda SUV parked in a driveway in the 5500 block of West Glenbrook Road between 5:30 and 8:30 p.m. Nov. 23. Damage was $1,000.

3A 35-year-old Brown Deer man was cited for OWI in the 8800 block of North Deerbrook Trail at 11:56 p.m. Nov. 25.

4A 37-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for his second OWI and a revoked license after stopped for driving without headlights in the 4500 block of West Brown Deer Road at 3:16 a.m. Nov. 26. His preliminary BAC was 0.164 and he was taken for a blood draw.

5Two cell phones and ear buds valued at $210 were taken from a car in the 6300 block of West Brown Deer Road during the day Nov. 26. Video showed two suspects arriving in a stolen car and forcing entry to the victim’s car.

6A 30-year-old Brown Deer man was cited for possession of marijuana in the 7000 block of West Brown Deer Road at 8:40 p.m. Nov. 26.

A 47-year-old Brown Deer woman was cited for disorderly conduct while armed/domestic violence related after she used a knife to damage a man’s clothing at 11:20 p.m.  Nov. 26.

A 28-year-old Brown Deer woman was cited for disorderly conduct/domestic violence related after a report of two women fighting at midnight Nov. 27.

7A 2007 Chevy Impala, last seen about 9 p.m. Nov. 24, was reported taken from the 4100 block of West Bradley Road on Nov. 27.

8Tires and rims, speakers and an electric piano valued at more than $2,800 were taken from a storage unit in the 4100 block of West Hawthorne Trace Road on Nov. 25 and reported Nov. 28.

9A 24-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for felon in possession of a firearm and taken into custody on a probation hold as he stood outside the Sprint Store, 9124 N. Green Bay Road, at 4:40 a.m. Nov. 30. The man told police without being asked that he was about to break into the store.

10About $200 was taken from a cash register in the cosmetic department at Walgreens, 6020 W. Brown Deer Road, about 7:30 p.m. Nov. 30. The suspect is a male who used a pry bar to open that register.

11A door was kicked in to gain entry and a TV taken in the 7700 block of North Sherman Boulevard sometime Nov. 30.

FOX POINT

12A 33-year-old Fox Point woman was taken into custody on an OWI warrant after she called police to report the theft of her $35,000 Lexus from the 800 block of West Bradley Road on Nov. 23. The woman told police she allowed a man to borrow it – she only knew his first name – and he had not returned it. She called police again Dec. 1 saying she had her car back after a woman, a possible relative of the man, told her it was in the 7600 block of West Good Hope Road. The woman had previously paid her fine.

13A 39-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for shoplifting after an employee saw him removing sensors from seven bottles of vodka valued at $252 and putting the bottles in his coat and down his pants at CVS Pharmacy, 8661 N. Port Washington Road, at 8:52 a.m. Nov. 24. The man admitted taking the liquor but told police he returned it and the sensors because he “got a bad feeling.” He was told he was no longer welcome at the store.

14Two Milwaukee men, 18 and 53, were cited for OWI-drugs after an accident at North Seneca and West Calumet roads at 8:17 a.m. Nov. 29. The 18-year-old was also cited for failure to yield after running a stop sign causing the accident and the 53-year-old for possession of marijuana. A baggie with 0.25 grams and a blunt were found in his car. There was a strong odor of marijuana in both cars and both men admitted smoking the drug “earlier.” They were taken for a blood draw.

15A 32-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for disorderly conduct/battery after she attacked another woman, both kitchen employees, at Cardinal Stritch University, 6801 N. Yates Road, at 11:59 p.m. Dec. 1. The suspect hit the victim, who declined medical assistance, in the face causing lacerations.

GLENDALE 

16Two female employees, 23 and 37, and a 26-year-old man, all of Milwaukee, were cited for theft and felony charges have been referred to the DA on allegations they made 52 fraudulent returns totaling more than $11,000 at Boston Store, 5701 N. Lydell Ave., between Oct. 17 and Nov. 16. The women issued refunds for items not purchased and in some cases kept merchandise supposedly purchased.

17A 19-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for shoplifting eight items valued at $1,022 from Boston Store, 5701 N. Lydell Ave., at 4 p.m. Nov. 17.

18Two Milwaukee women, 19 and 26, were cited for shoplifting, and one on a warrant and one for removing anti-theft sensors at Kohl’s, 5650 N. Bayshore Drive, at 3:50 p.m. Nov. 21. The women took both children’s and women’s shoes and other items valued at more than $230.

19A man and woman, both 22 of Milwaukee, were cited for armed robbery and the woman also for reckless endangerment after threatening and injuring an employee with scissors at Pick ‘n Save, 1735 W. Silver Spring Drive, at 8 p.m. Nov. 21. The woman hid food and medication in her purse and the man put some meat and a package of cookie dough down his pants. They drove off but were stopped about a mile away.

20A 23-year-old Adell man was cited for OWI and possession of drug paraphernalia after he hit a tree in the 4800 block of North Lydell Avenue at 10:35 p.m. Nov. 21. The man, who was treated at a hospital, had a crack pipe, two syringes and a cooker.

21A 25-year-old Cedarburg man and a 27-year-old Milwaukee man were cited for theft, possession of drug paraphernalia and the Cedarburg man for bail jumping after taking items from Pick ‘n Save, 6969 N. Port Washington Road, at 3:23 p.m. Nov. 22. They drove away but were stopped in Milwaukee.

22A 25-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for disorderly conduct after she caused a disturbance yelling and screaming at Motel 6, 5485 N. Port Washington Road, at 3:25 p.m. Nov. 22. The woman, described as “very intoxicated,” had been asked to leave but refused. She also called 911 and hung up.

23A 38-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for OWI-drugs, carrying a concealed weapon and suspended registration in the 600 block of West Silver Spring Drive at 1:51 a.m. Nov. 23. The man, who was stopped after making an illegal U-turn, admitted hiding his gun under the front seat.

24A 17-year-old Milwaukee girl was cited for possession of 2.6 grams of marijuana after the car she was in was stopped in the 5600 block of North Centerpark Way at 1:45 p.m. Nov. 23.

Numerous items valued at more than $2,200, including TVs, Playstation games, three loaded guns and jewelry were taken from an apartment in the 2100 block of West Good Hope Road during the day Nov. 23.

25A 31-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for fraud on an innkeeper and two warrants after walking out on her $54 food bill at Applebee’s, 5664 N. Port Washington Road, at 5:33 p.m. Nov. 25. When confronted, the woman who was with two children, said “her friend” was supposed to pay, telling police she only knew her friend’s first name.

26A 31-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for his second OWI and two warrants after he hit the median in the 2100 block of West Silver Spring Drive at 3:50 a.m. Nov. 26. His BAC was 0.15.

27A utility trailer valued at $1,000 was taken from the 6000 block of North Green Bay Avenue on Nov. 25 or 26.

28A 22-year-old Milwaukee woman and a 22-year-old Great Lake, Illinois, man were cited for disorderly conduct after they were found having a “sexual encounter” in a fitting room at Forever 21, 5766 N. Bayshore Drive, at 5 p.m. Nov. 26. After the two were in that room for a long time, employees opened the curtain and found them half undressed. The man said they “did a little more than make out.”

29A 39-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for battery/domestic violence related after he pushed a woman and punched her at Motel 6, 5485 N. Port Washington Road, at 1:18 a.m. Nov. 27. Police were called after the man attempted to leave and the woman picked up a water cooler and attempted to throw it at him.

30A 19-year-old Austin, Texas, woman was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia after an officer saw her smoking a glass pipe in a parking lot in the 5400 block of North Port Washington Road at 8:05 a.m. Nov. 27. The woman said she smoked marijuana to ease pain.

31A 17-year-old Milwaukee boy, an employee, was cited for theft after he was seen on video taking about $600 from his cash register at Pick ‘n Save, 1735 W. Silver Spring Drive, Nov. 17 and 27. The boy also took about $20 in deli food.

32A 21-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for shoplifting, resisting/obstruction and a warrant after taking 12 cans of baby formula valued at more than $240 at Pick ‘n Save, 6969 N. Port Washington Road, at 6 p.m. Nov. 27. The woman fled in her car but was stopped and did admit taking the formula, saying she needed it for her baby.

SHOREWOOD

33A resident reported two males, 17 to 21, were in his backyard looking into his open garage in the 2500 block of East Menlo Boulevard about 1 p.m. Nov. 23. They fled when they saw the man looking at them.

34Two unlocked cars were taken from a driveway in the 1900 block of East Jarvis Street on Nov. 24 or 25. The keys for each car were in the other car. One, a 2015 Mazda, was recovered in Whitefish Bay.

35A 21-year-old Shorewood woman was cited for OWI and refusal to take a breath test after she bumped into another car at a gas station in the 3900 block of North Oakland Avenue at 1:40 a.m. Nov. 26. She smelled of alcohol and failed field sobriety tests.

36A 37-year-old Shorewood man was cited for OWI and refusal to take a breath test after he was stopped for speeding in the 1700 block of East Capitol Drive at 2:46 a.m. Nov. 27. He smelled of alcohol and failed field sobriety tests.

37A car taken during a carjacking in the 4000 block of North Woodburn Street on Nov. 13 was recovered in the 5700 block of North 39th Street, Milwaukee, on Nov. 28.

WHITEFISH BAY

38Packages were reported taken from the 5100 and 5500 blocks of North Bay Ridge Avenue, the 800 block of East Lake Florist Avenue and the 4900 block of North Newhall Street Nov. 25, 28, 30 and Dec. 4. A resident reported seeing a white Hyundai Sonata following an Amazon truck on Newhall Street.

Garage doors were found open and Crime Prevention Reminder cards were left at 14 homes Nov. 28 to Dec. 4.

39A 34-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for OWI, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after she was stopped for speeding 41 mph in a 30 mph zone in the 1100 block of East Henry Clay Street at 2:53 a.m. Nov. 29. The woman had 6 grams of marijuana, a pipe and grinder. Her BAC was 0.15.

40A 21-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for a second OWI-drugs and a 21-year-old Shorewood woman, a passenger, for possession of 3 grams of marijuana in the 5200 block of North Lake Drive at 12:15 a.m. Nov. 30. The man was taken for a blood draw.

41A 17-year-old Milwaukee boy was cited for possession of 2 grams of marijuana after he was stopped for speeding in the 5000 block of North Palisades Road at 12:12 a.m. Dec. 1.

42A 33-year-old Shorewood man was cited for OWI and speeding 39 mph in a 25 mph zone in the 700 block of East Hampton Road at 2 a.m. Dec. 1. His BAC was 0.17.

43A 22-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for loitering/prowling after he was found in an enclosed porch in the 1900 block of East Cumberland Boulevard at 6:50 a.m. Dec. 2.

44Two 14-year-old girls of Wauwatosa and Glendale were cited for violation of curfew after they were found in the 100 block of East Silver Spring Drive at 11:33 p.m. Dec. 3. They were turned over to their parents.
