BROWN DEER

1A 35-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for possession of both Schedule I and II narcotics without a prescription and drug paraphernalia, a warrant and theft at Walgreens, 6020 W. Brown Deer Road, at 9:45 a.m. Sept. 29.

2The following incidents of theft or shoplifting were reported at Walmart, 6300 W. Brown Deer Road: A 17-year-old Milwaukee boy, an employee, took more than $1900 from cash registers starting in May to Sept. 29; a 14-year-old Milwaukee boy, with his mother, hid clothing in a baby stroller Sept. 30. His mother was told she was no longer welcome at the store; A shopper reported her purse and wallet with credit cards and $600 cash was taken from a cart Oct. 2; Three Milwaukee males, 17, 18 and 21, one also cited for obstruction and one on a warrant, took various items, including lighters and air fresheners valued at more than $100 on Oct. 4; Two Milwaukee men, 28 and 30, both wanted on warrants were also cited in separate incidents for shoplifting, one taking $11 of makeup Oct. 4.

3A 31-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for shoplifting after taking items valued at $180 at Goodwill, 9305 N. Green Bay Road, at 7 p.m. Sept. 30.

A 39-year-old Brown Deer woman was cited for disorderly conduct/domestic violence after she told police her husband attacked her but it was she who pushed and scratched him at 8 p.m. Oct. 1.

4A pair of Ralph Lauren sunglasses valued at $505 was taken from an unlocked car in the 4000 block of West Fountain Avenue on Oct. 1 or 2.

5Two cameras, a memory card and a hard drive were taken from a locked car with an open window in the 9000 block of North Green Bay Road on Oct. 1 or 2.

6Two cars were broken into and the ignition switches damaged at Holiday Inn Express, 4443 W. Schroeder Drive, Oct. 1 or 2.

7A 33-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for his second OWI in the 8700 block of North Deerwood Drive at 3:13 a.m. Oct. 2. His preliminary BAC was 0.149.

8A 58-year-old West Bend woman, an employee, was cited for shoplifting four streaks valued at $51 at Pick ‘n Save, 9200 N. Green Bay Road, at 6:45 p.m. Oct. 2.

9A 16-year-old Brown Deer boy was cited for possession of marijuana after his father found the drug in the boy’s room and called police in the 8700 block of North 68th Street at 11 a.m. Oct. 3.

10A man reported seeing two males take his power tools and an air compressor valued at $2,450 from his work van at a job site in the 8900 block of Park Plaza Court at 12:21 p.m. Oct. 3.

11A 2002 Dodge Intrepid was taken from Channel 6, 9001 N. Green Bay Road, at 2:56 p.m. Oct. 3. Surveillance video showed another Dodge Intrepid drive up, someone getting out of that car and then both cars driving away.

12A 15-year-old Brown Deer boy was cited for disorderly conduct after he argued with a janitor and “chest bumped him” at Brown Deer Middle High School, 8060 N. 60th St., at 9:30 a.m. Oct. 4.

13A miter saw was taken from an open garage and two hookah pipes from outside that garage in the 7600 block of North 50th Street about 11:50 p.m. Oct. 4. Video showed a heavy set male in the garage.

FOX POINT

14Three mailboxes were found damaged in the 7000 block of North Fairchild Circle and one car entered and rummaged through around the corner in the 7300 block of North Crossway Road early morning Oct. 2. A resident called police about 1:30 a.m. after hearing squealing tires and a car hitting something and another resident reported seeing three males, possibly juveniles, walking in the area about the same time. Damage to the mailboxes ranged from $50 to $600 and a $40 golf-type umbrella was taken from the entered car.

GLENDALE 

15Two 19-year-old Milwaukee men were cited for possession of marijuana after one of them ran a red light in the 1700 block of West Silver Spring Drive at 12:22 a.m. Sept. 17. Two corner cut baggies holding 2.22 grams of marijuana were visible in the center console.

16A 23-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for possession of 2.05 grams of marijuana after a report of a suspicious car on West Chateau Place at North Port Washington Road at 1 a.m. Sept. 22.

17A 28-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for OWI-drugs, two counts of reckless driving causing injury with the added while intoxicated, driving with a suspended license, failure to have insurance and not wearing a seat belt after he drove 80 to 90 mph and collided with another car in the 1700 block of West Silver Spring Drive at 11:30 a.m. Sept. 22. Both cars were towed and medical assistance was given.

18A 21-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for theft of more than $180 from his employer, Kohl’s, 5650 N. Bayshore Drive, at 4 p.m. Sept. 26. He would drop money on the floor, while checking people out, then reach down and put the money in his sock.

19A hedge trimmer and cord valued at $105 were taken and a car entered but nothing taken in a garage in the 5700 block of North Sidney Place on Sept. 25 or 26.

20Items valued at more than $1,700, including two TVs, a 47-inch and 32-inch, a stereo and two drones were taken from the 2800 block of West Mill Road the morning of Sept. 27. A first floor screen was removed to gain entry.

21A 28-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for disorderly conduct after yelling and attempting to spit on someone at Buffalo Wild Wings, 590 W. Northshore Drive, at 8:20 p.m. Sept. 27.

22A wallet and contents, including credit cards, was taken when they were left by accident at the bank window at Pick ‘n Save, 1735 W. Silver Spring Drive, about 11:15 a.m. Sept. 28. At least one card was used at a Walmart.

23A 29-year-old West Allis man was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia after he was stopped for a suspended plate in the 2200 block of West Silver Spring Drive at 4:40 p.m. Sept. 28. The man had syringes, a pipe and other drug paraphernalia.

24A young girl reported being approached by a man, 50 to 60 years old, who showed her a photo of a naked woman on his cell phone in the 5300 block of North Port Washington Road at 7 p.m. Sept. 28.

25An 18-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia after the car he was in was stopped in the 2000 block of West Silver Spring Drive at 10 p.m. Sept. 28. The man had 23.6 grams of marijuana, opium, a scale, grinder and three Oxycodone pills.

26Thirteen iPhones, models 7-Plus and SE, valued at $10,157, were taken from the Apple Store, 5715 N. Centerpark Way, about 3 p.m. Sept. 20. Two males went to a display, quickly cut the security cables, grabbed the phones and fled. According to Apple, the phones cannot be activated.

27A 34-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for disorderly conduct and a warrant after starting a fight at Mobil Gas, 7156 N. Green Bay Ave., at 8:40 p.m. Sept. 29. The woman attacked another woman who had reported her taking food items, including candy. The suspect ran from the store but was found hiding in bushes next door.

28A 32-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for possession of a stolen vehicle, a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee taken from Schaumburg, Illinois, in the 5400 block of North Port Washington Road at 10 a.m. Oct. 1. The man denied knowing the car was stolen, saying he paid someone $1,200 so he could test drive it for a month.

29A $300 cell phone and case were taken when left in a cart at Pick ‘n Save, 6969 N. Port Washington Road, about 11:40 a.m. Oct. 1.

30A 22-year-old Milwaukee man was taken into custody on six outstanding warrants totaling $1,200, including two for passing worthless checks, a theft and driving while suspended in the 5400 block of North Port Washington Road at 5:48 p.m. Oct. 1.

31A 24-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for possession of marijuana and taken into custody for a probation violation in the 5100 block of North Port Washington Road at 1 a.m. Oct 2. The man, who had 8.55 grams of marijuana in two baggies, was on probation for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.

32A 27-year-old Milwaukee was cited for shoplifting after taking a pair of $36 dress shoes, telling an officer he had the money to pay for the shoes but didn’t “feel like it” at Kohl’s, 5650 N. Bayshore Drive, at 10:41 a.m. Oct. 2.

33A 25-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for possession of marijuana and theft from her employer, Mongolian Grill, 598 W. Northshore Drive, at noon Oct. 3. The woman admitted taking money from her employer and promised to make restitution of more than $1,500.

34Two 16-year-old Milwaukee boys were cited for burglary after attempting to break a window with a baseball bat to gain entry to Lady Foot Locker, 5690 N. Bayshore Drive, at 3:25 a.m. Oct. 5. The boys fled in a stolen car as police arrived and that car was stopped at East Capitol Drive and Estabrook Parkway. Two other burglaries with windows broken to gain entry were reported at Bayshore, one at Victoria’s Secret, 5695 N. Centerpark Way, at 1:21 a.m. Sept 30 and another at Lady Foot Locker, about 4 a.m. Oct 2.

SHOREWOOD         

35A 19-year-old Brown Deer woman was cited for violation of absolute sobriety and a probation violation, and her passenger, a 19-year-old Milwaukee woman, for possession of 2 grams of marijuana after the car was stopped for no headlights in the 1600 block of East Capitol Drive at 12:54 a.m. Oct. 1.

36A man was reported taking four bottles of Absolut Vodka valued at over $160 and fleeing Metro Market, 4075 N. Oakland Ave., about 2:30 p.m. Oct. 1.

37A 17-year-old Milwaukee boy was cited for driving a car stolen out of Milwaukee, fleeing police, improper stop, unsafe lane deviation, failure to wear a seat belt and driving without a valid license after running a stop sign and hitting a tree at East Newton and North Prospect avenues at 2:40 a.m. Oct. 2. He ran from the car but was found and cited.

38A 2004 Dodge Intrepid, parked on the street, was taken without keys in the 3900 block of North Downer Avenue overnight Oct. 1 or 2.

39An iPad valued at $900 was reported taken during a burglary in the 1700 block of East Capitol Drive at 11:30 a.m. Oct. 2. A rear window was broken, causing $100 damage, to gain entry.

A resident reported being the victim of a scam after sending $850 via Apple I-Tunes cards thinking he would collect $7,600. He did not receive any money.

A resident reported that someone accessed her computer and used her PayPal account to make purchases on eBay Oct. 1 and reported Oct. 4.

40A $50 bicycle was taken from the bike rack at Shorewood Intermediate School, 3830 N. Morris Blvd., during the day Oct. 5.

41A resident called police to report she was “scared of a clown painting” her roommate had brought home in the 2000 block of East Newton Avenue on Oct. 3. Police told her there was nothing they could do.

42Residents complained of noise at Atwater Elementary School, 2100 E. Capitol Drive, at 8:20 a.m. Oct. 15. Police went to the school and found that the school band was outside practicing.

WHITEFISH BAY

43A 39-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for disorderly conduct and a warrant after he was seen getting out of a car and urinating in the middle of the 900 block of East Hampton Road at 11:26 p.m. Oct. 1.

44A 46-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for his second OWI after a resident reported someone ringing her door bell in the 700 block of East Lake View Avenue at 4:14 a.m. Oct. 2. The man admitted driving, telling police he was lost. A warrant was issued and he was taken for a blood draw.

45A 23-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia, a pipe with marijuana residue, after he was found in his car at the dead end of East Day Avenue and North Shore Drive at 1:38 a.m. Oct. 4.

46A bicycle was taken from Cumberland School, 4780 N. Marlborough Drive, sometime from Sept. 30 to Oct. 2 and reported Oct. 4.

47An unlocked Trek 720 men’s 21-speed bicycle was taken from a bike rack at Whitefish Bay Middle School, 1144 E. Henry Clay St., sometime between 3:25 p.m. and 7 p.m. Oct. 5.
