BAYSIDE

1A $350 Coach purse and contents, including a $100 Coach wallet, a $126 phone, $50 cash, credit cards and social security card was taken from a car parked in the northeast corner of Doctor’s Park, 1870 E. Fox Lane, between 3 and 4 p.m. Sept. 25. A window was broken to gain entry.

2A man was cited for possession of marijuana after a disorderly conduct report inside a store in the 300 block of West Brown Deer Road at 7:11 p.m. Sept. 27. The man had driven away but was stopped. There was an odor of marijuana on the man and in his car. When asked about it, he denied having the drug but said he works with people who do smoke it. After a baggie with 5.5 grams of marijuana was found in his backpack, he admitted it was his and apologized for lying. He also had a pipe and grinder with residue.

BROWN DEER

3A 14-year-old girl was cited for disorderly conduct/fighting with another girl near the football field at Brown Deer Middle High School, 8060 N. 60th St., at 7:27 p.m. Sept. 23.

A 41-year-old Brown Deer woman was cited for disorderly conduct/while armed and criminal damage to property both domestic violence related and resisting/obstruction after she threatened a man with a knife and stabbed a door with that knife at 9:20 p.m. Sept. 23.

4A 30-year-old Brown Deer woman was cited for possession of marijuana and three warrants in the 8900 block of North Plaza Court at 4:37 a.m. Sept. 24. A man called police after he and the woman, his girlfriend, were arguing and he didn’t want it to “escalate.”

5Police were called after a number of students, described as “not allowed on school property,” arrived at the football game at Brown Deer High School, 8060 N. 60th St., at 7:25 p.m. Sept. 23. Police “removed” the students but no further information was available on how many there were, where they lived or why they were “not allowed.”

6Two females were able to “trick” an employee to “load money on gift cards” and then fled without paying for the cards at Walmart, 6300 W. Brown Deer Road, on Sept. 23 and reported Sept. 24.

7An unknown male took a Samsung tablet from Office Depot, 9094 N. Green Bay Road, at 6:40 p.m. Sept. 24. He drove away in a gray Nissan.

8A 46-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for OWI after he crashed his car near the 5100 block of West Brown Deer Road at 3:15 p.m. Sept. 25. He was taken to a hospital.

9Electronics and jewelry were taken during a burglary in the 6200 block of West Goodrich Lane between 2:30 and 5 p.m. Sept. 25. A back door was kicked in to gain entry.

10An 18-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for carrying a concealed weapon, a handgun, and for shoplifting after taking clothing and cologne at TJ Maxx, 9020 N. Green Bay Road, at 8:30 p.m. Sept. 26.

11About $250 was taken from a man’s locker at YMCA, 9250 N. Green Bay Road, on Sept. 23 and reported Sept. 26.

12A Glock handgun was taken from the trunk of a car in the 4200 block of West Hawthorne Trace Road between Aug. 30 and Sept. 27.

13A 30-year-old Brown Deer woman was cited for physical abuse of a child after a report she hit a girl in the back of the head outside Brown Deer Middle High School, 8060 N. 60th St., at 8:42 a.m. Sept. 28.

14A 19-year-old man, the driver, and his passengers, two women, 20 and 22 and a 17-year-old boy, all from Milwaukee were cited for driving a stolen car and the driver also on a warrant in the 8400 block of North Teutonia Avenue at 9:43 a.m. Sept. 28.

15A 22-year-old Milwaukee man was taken into custody after police were alerted that someone had broken into Otto’s Wine Cask, 4600 W. Brown Deer Road, at 12:05 a.m. Sept. 29. The man fled Otto’s but was located with a deep cut on his right arm caused when he broke the front door glass to gain entry. He was taken to a hospital and later admitted to a previous burglary at Otto’s on Sept. 21. Charges for these two burglaries have been referred to the DA’s office.

16A 25-year-old Brown Deer man was cited for strangulation and disorderly conduct, both domestic violence related, after he put a woman in a headlock and choked her at 12:40 a.m. Sept. 29.

FOX POINT

Two residents reported their IDs had been used to fraudulently apply for Chase Bank credit cards and one also for a Sync B Amazon card Aug. 30 and Sept. 25. The cards were not activated and there was no loss to the residents.

17Charges are pending for a 30-year-old Milwaukee man for shoplifting an Xbox One S valued at $350 at Best Buy, 8755 N. Port Washington Road, at 3:17 p.m. Sept. 6. The man was recognized for another theft at this store and, along with another man, for a similar theft at the Grafton store.

18A 19-year-old man, an employee, had minor injuries including two cuts on his face after he was in an argument with four or five females that turned physical at McDonald’s, 8739 N. Port Washington Road, at 7:15 p.m. Sept. 15. The fight was caught on surveillance video showing one of the females hitting the employee with a metal chair and the man “ripping” off the earrings and necklace of one of the attackers. The females drove off in a white car. The case is under investigation.

19A 53-year-old Fox Point woman was charged for negligent operation of a vehicle and issued a citation for hit and run after the woman backed her car into a home in the 6400 block of North Berkeley Boulevard damaging the home and her car and then driving away at 1:18 a.m. Sept. 18. A short time later, the woman was cited for OWI by Whitefish Bay police.

20An 18-year-old man, a student, was to be issued a citation for underage drinking after he was reported highly intoxicated and found unconscious at Clare Hall at Cardinal Stritch University, 6801 N. Yates Road, at 1:04 a.m. Sept. 30. The man, who had urinated in his pants, admitted drinking and was treated at a hospital.

GLENDALE 

21An employee called police reporting that a 23-year-old Glendale woman asked him for a brick to break a car window at Mobil Gas, 7156 N. Green Bay Ave., at 11:30 a.m. Sept. 21. The woman, who locked her keys in her car that had no plates, had a warrant and was taken into custody.

22A man and woman were seen taking more than 220 items valued at about $7,100 and fleeing Gap Kids, 401 W. Northshore Drive, at 3:50 p.m. Sept. 21.

23An unlocked 2007 GMC work van valued at $4,500 with industrial construction tools valued at $12,000 was taken from the 7000 block of North Port Washington Road overnight Sept. 21 or 22.

24The following people were cited for shoplifting at Kohl’s, 5650 N. Bayshore Drive: A 16-year-old Glendale girl took two head bands and a men’s jacket valued at $68 on Sept. 21; A 25-year-old Milwaukee man took socks valued at $60 on Sept. 22; A 40-year-old West Bend woman, also cited for removing anti-theft sensors, took clothing valued at more than $140 on Sept. 23 telling police she intended to sell the items to get money in order to pay her previous shoplifting citations; A 27-year-old Milwaukee woman, who also had two warrants, took perfume valued at $21 on Sept. 24 telling police this was a “petty theft” and she only concealed the item and hadn’t fled.

25Two shoplifting incidents were reported at Victoria’s Secret, 5695 N. Centerpark Way:  Two Milwaukee women, 20 and 21, took five pairs of yoga pants valued at $224 and drove away but were stopped and admitted the theft Sept. 22; A woman took items valued at more than $1,800 into a fitting room, exited that room and ran out of the store Sept. 24.

26A 22-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for disorderly conduct, throwing chairs and overturning tables after being told she was fired from her job at Qdoba Restaurant, 510 W. Silver Spring Drive, at 10:15 a.m. Sept. 23. She also slapped a manager and continued to be disorderly when police arrived.

27A purse and contents was taken from an office at Cardinal Stritch, 6801 N. Yates Road, during the day Sept. 23. At least one debit or credit card was used.

A resident reported being the victim of a fraud after purchasing four Packer tickets for $200 from “Jeff” on Craigslist on Sept. 23. She met “Jeff” at the south end of Bayshore, gave him $200 and got the tickets. She later called the Packers and was told the tickets were worthless.

28A Michael Kors purse and contents valued at more than $400 were taken from a locked car in the 7700 block of North Green Bay Avenue about 5 p.m. Sept. 23. The owner left her car for just a few minutes when someone broke a window and grabbed her purse. One credit card was used for $61 at a gas station.

29A man reported that his satchel with two passports, two cell phones, a wallet and other items were taken during what he believed was a robbery near the 4700 block of North Port Washington Road sometime overnight Sept 23 or 24. The victim said he had been drinking and when he “woke up” he was outside and his satchel was gone and he wasn’t sure where the robbery occurred.

30Cars were entered with no signs of forced entry and some items taken Sept. 24 or 25: A flashlight and 13 rounds of ammunition valued at more than $125 were taken from the 2100 block of West Green Tree Road, an iPhone and case valued at $200 were taken from the 2300 block of West Good Hope Road and nothing taken in the 2300 block of West Skyline Road.

A resident reported being the victim of a scam over a period of time and reported Sept. 26. She received information on Facebook Messenger regarding government grants saying for every $2,500 she would send/donate she would receive $150,000 from the government. She reported sending six deposits totaling $13,000 to a Bank America account but had received no money from the government. This scam has been reported on the internet.

31A Coach wallet and contents valued at more than $150 was taken from a backpack belonging to an employee in the service area of David Hobbs Honda, 6100 N. Green Bay Ave., during the day Sept. 26 and reported Sept. 27.

SHOREWOOD

32A bicycle valued at $350 was taken from a detached garage in the 2500 block of East Shorewood Boulevard sometime Sept. 20 to 22.

33A 24-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for shoplifting after taking three bottles of liquor valued at more than $40 at Metro Market, 4075 N. Oakland Ave., at 10:40 a.m. Sept. 24.

34A 24-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for OWI-drugs, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after making an illegal left turn in the 3800 block of North Murray Avenue at 11:37 p.m. Sept. 24. The woman had 6 grams of marijuana and a grinder and pipe with residue.

35Three cars were entered and keys and sunglasses taken in the 3500 block of North Lake Drive between 7:50 and 8:30 a.m. Sept. 25.

36A car was entered but nothing taken in the 3800 block of North Murray Avenue sometime Sept. 25.

37A unknown male wearing all black clothing was seen walking down a driveway into a back yard in the 2600 block of East Beverly Road about 5 a.m. Sept. 26.

38A 20-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after he was stopped for speeding in the 1100 block of East Capitol Drive at 12:42 a.m. Sept. 27. The man had 7.5 grams of marijuana, a scale and rolling papers.

39A wallet and some change were taken from an unlocked car in the 1900 block of East Wood Place on Sept. 27 or 28.

WHITEFISH BAY

40An attempted entry to a home was reported in the 4600 block of North Murray Avenue sometime between Sept. 25 and Sept. 28. The wood and metal framing of a back window was found with pry marks causing about $100 damage. Entry was not gained.

41A 40-year-old Whitefish Bay man was cited for OWI and refusal to take a breath test after a 911 call reporting a possible drunk driver in the 5200 block of North Santa Monica Boulevard at 11:24 p.m. Sept. 29.

42A 25-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after she was stopped for speeding 44 mph in a 30 mph zone in the 4900 block of North Berkeley Boulevard at 1 a.m. Sept. 30. The woman had 31.2 grams of marijuana and a pipe and grinder with residue in the car.

43A 57-year-old Whitefish Bay man was cited for his fifth OWI and speeding 60 mph in a 30 mph zone in the 4700 block of North Wilson Drive at 9:34 p.m. Sept. 30. A warrant was issued and the man taken for a blood draw.
