1A man was cited for OWI after he was seen weaving in traffic in the 1000 block of West Brown Deer Road at 11:40 p.m. Sept. 23. He denied drinking, then said he had “one beer.” His BAC was 0.20.

BROWN DEER

2Three packages, one with medication and one with an electronic toothbrush, were taken from the lobby in the 9500 block of West Cherrywood Lane on Sept. 8.

3Two mail boxes were damaged possibly by being hit by a car, causing $100 damage, in the 8000 block of North 44th Street early morning Sept. 15.

4Tools valued at $1,150 were taken from an unlocked work van in the 6700 block of West Brown Deer Road before noon Sept. 15.

5A 16-year-old Brown Deer boy was cited for hit and run after hitting a parked car and then driving away at Brown Deer Middle High School, 8060 N. 60th St., about 3 p.m. Sept. 16. A short time later, the boy returned with his father and was cited.

6An iPhone 6 Plus valued at $400 was reported taken when left by accident in a laundry room in the 4400 block of West Brown Deer Road before 7:15 p.m. Sept. 16.

7The following Milwaukee people were cited for shoplifting at Walmart, 6300 W. Brown Deer Road: A 33-year-old woman took “assorted” items valued at $274 at 9:50 a.m. Sept. 18. A 23-year-old woman, also cited for obstruction and a warrant, took baby formula at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 19.

8A 24-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for his second OWI and driving with a revoked license, OWI related, after a witness reported him weaving in traffic and speeding in the 5100 block of West Brown Deer Road at 4:29 a.m. Sept. 18.

9A 46-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for disorderly conduct after a “verbal altercation” with employees and then throwing a tray of food at the cashier at McDonalds, 9120 N. Green Bay Road, at 8:10 p.m. Sept. 18.

A 24-year-old Brown Deer woman was cited for battery/domestic violence related, after she punched her live-in boyfriend at 11:49 p.m. Sept. 18.

10A $200 cell phone and more than $100 cash was taken from a locked car in the 7600 block of North 51st Street on Sept. 18 or 19. A window was broken, causing $250 damage.

11A 61-year-old man was cited for theft and two warrants after taking items at Goodwill, 9305 N. Green Bay Road, at 11:50 a.m. Sept. 19.

12Two 23-year-old women of Brown Deer and Milwaukee were cited for disorderly conduct and the Milwaukee woman and a 23-year-old Milwaukee man also for battery in the middle of the 5600 block of West Wahner Avenue at 2:15 a.m. Sept. 20. The two women reportedly started fighting and then the Brown Deer woman was attacked by the Milwaukee couple who drove away but were located and cited.

13An 18-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver while armed after a traffic stop in the 8700 block of North 60th Street at 3:33 p.m. Sept. 20. There was a strong odor of marijuana in the car, where 20.34 grams of marijuana was found, along with a loaded .38 caliber revolver and more than $300 cash. A 19-year-old Milwaukee man, a passenger, was taken into custody for violation of his parole.

14A TV and about $180 cash were taken during a burglary in the 4500 block of Tower Avenue during the day Sept. 20. A window air conditioner was removed to gain entry.

15An unlocked car was entered but nothing taken in the 5800 block of West Donna Drive on Sept. 21 or 22.

16The following people were cited for shoplifting at Kohl’s, 5650 N. Bayshore Drive: A 15-year-old Fox Point boy took items valued at more than $120, including socks, a charger and speaker, saying they were for a friend at 4:37 p.m. Sept. 1; Two Milwaukee females, 16 and 29, admitted taking jewelry valued at $190 about noon Sept. 17; A 34-year-old West Allis woman took shoes valued at $126, telling police she intended to pay for them but when she realized she was being watched decided to steal them Sept. 17.

17A 22-year-old woman and a 23-year-old man, of Milwaukee, were cited for possession of 1.12 grams of cocaine and the woman also on a warrant for prostitution at Motel 6, 5485 N. Port Washington Road, at 3:05 a.m. Sept. 11.

18A 16-year-old Glendale girl and a 19-year-old Milwaukee man were cited for theft of a student’s $200 iPhone from the girls’ locker room at Nicolet High School, 6701 N. Jean Nicolet Road, during the day Sept. 12. The phone was traced using “Find my iPhone” and recovered in the 2000 block of West St. Paul Avenue.

19A $120 blue Schwinn bicycle was taken from a locked garage in the 5200 block of North Mohawk Avenue between 6 a.m. and 7:40 p.m. Sept. 13.

20The following shoplifting incidents were reported at Victoria’s Secret, 5695 N. Centerpark Way: A female, and a male who distracted employees, grabbed handfuls of clothing valued at more than $550, putting them in a bag and fleeing at 9 p.m. Sept. 13; A 45-year-old Milwaukee woman, also cited for possession of an anti-theft device, took more than $200 of cosmetics, telling police she intended to se11 the items on the street at 7:15 p.m. Sept. 14; A 24-year-old Milwaukee man, also cited for having a shielding device and a warrant, took clothing valued at $382 at 11:50 a.m. Sept. 15.

21A MacBook and bag valued at $550 were taken from an unlocked car in a driveway in the 6000 block of North Sidney Place on Sept. 13 or 14. The owner said the items were covered by a jacket.

22A 20-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for carrying a concealed weapon, a stun gun, without a permit after the car she was in was stopped for no plates in the 1600 block of West Silver Spring Drive at 11:30 p.m. Sept. 15.

23Two homes were burglarized in the 2200 and 2300 blocks of West Apple Tree Road during the day Sept. 16. Doors were found damaged to gain entry and rooms rummaged through. A laptop was taken from one and a $350 46-inch Sony TV from the other. A witness reported cars in one of the driveways with a male about 30 looking into windows.

24A GPS unit, a cap and cigarettes valued at $228 were taken from two unlocked cars in the 6500 block of North Range Line Road Sept. 16 or 17.

25A 22-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for disorderly conduct and resisting an officer after he was “fired from his job” and refused to leave BD Mongolian Grill, 598 W. Northshore Drive, at 6:50 p.m. Sept. 17. The man, who refused to give his name or show an ID, struggled with an officer saying, “I’m just playin’.”

26All four rims, wheels and tires valued at $8,000 to $10,000 were taken from two Chevrolet vehicles at Andrew Chevrolet, 1621 W. LaSalle Ave., on Sept. 16 to 19.

27A 50-year-old Milwaukee male was cited for shoplifting six bottles of men’s cologne valued at $563 at Boston Store, 5701 N. Lydell Ave., at 1:25 p.m. Sept. 19.

28A 26-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for driving a stolen car and a 21-year-old Milwaukee man on a warrant in the 5400 block of North Port Washington Road, at 12:30 a.m. Sept. 20. The car was stolen in Milwaukee.

29Two Milwaukee men, 45 and 46, were cited for disorderly conduct after a verbal argument over money owed turned physical at Wells Fargo Bank, 4108 N. Oakland Ave., at 11:35 a.m. Sept. 15.

30A 41-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for shoplifting $30 of groceries at Metro Market, 4075 N. Oakland Ave., at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 15.

31A 21-year-old Mayville man was cited for OWI after he was stopped for speeding 49 mph in a 30 mph zone in the 1100 block of East Capitol Drive early morning Sept. 16. He failed field sobriety tests and had a BAC of 0.17.

32Two cell phones, a $600 Motorola Moto X-Pure Edition and a $250 Nexus 5 Project F1, were taken from an unlocked car in the 1800 block of East Kensington Boulevard before 6:40 p.m. Sept. 16.

33Two patio chairs valued at $100 were taken and outdoor furniture damaged in a fenced-in yard in the 4000 block of North Lake Drive on Sept. 16 or 17. Damage was $100.

34A 16-year-old Shorewood boy was cited for underage drinking after a witness reported a possible drunk driver in the 4400 block of North Newhall Street at 10:43 p.m. Sept. 17. The boy’s BAC was 0.13.

35A male was seen taking packages of Red Bull valued at $25 and about $30 of Tide at Walgreens, 4035 N. Oakland Ave., at 9:38 a.m. Sept. 18.

36A blue Raleigh bicycle valued at $1,100 was taken from Shorewood High School, 1701 E. Capitol Drive, sometime before 9 p.m. Sept. 21

WHITEFISH BAY

37A 25-year-old Whitefish Bay woman was cited for OWI after she was stopped for suspended registration in the 700 block of East Henry Clay Street at 1:42 a.m. Sept. 21. She was taken for a blood draw.

38A 20-year-old Whitefish Bay woman was cited for resisting/obstructing an officer, disorderly conduct, driving with a suspended license and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle in the 600 block of West Hampton Road at 3:38 a.m. Sept. 21. The woman was still in her car when told her vehicle would be towed and as she attempted to drive it away, hit the squad car. She was taken to a hospital for minor injuries.

39A 34-year-old West Bend woman was cited for OWI after she ran into a light pole and rolled her car over in the 5000 block of North Lake Drive at 11 p.m. Sept. 21. The woman declined medical attention. Her BAC was 0.16.

40A 24-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for her second OWI, driving with a revoked license, failure to have insurance and speeding 49 mph in a 30 mph zone in the 5000 block of North Lake Drive at 5:36 a.m. Sept. 24. Her BAC was 0.17.

41A 38-year-old Florida man was cited for his second OWI after he was stopped for driving left of center in the 900 block of East Silver Spring Drive at 5:40 a.m. Sept. 24. He was taken for a blood draw.

42A 19-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for OWI-drugs after he was stopped for no plates in the 100 block of East Silver Spring Drive at 5:07 p.m. Sept. 24. He was taken for a blood draw.

43A 29-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for OWI after he was stopped for speeding in the 4800 block of North Santa Monica Boulevard at 6:32 p.m. Sept. 24. His BAC was 0.17.

44A 35-year-old California woman was cited for OWI in the 100 block of West Hampton Road at 2 a.m. Sept. 25. Her BAC was 0.15.
