1A woman was cited for OWI, driving with a suspended license and refusal to take a breath test after she was found slumped over in her car at East Brown Deer and North Greendale roads at 1:35 a.m. Sept. 9. The woman, who said she had one drink and was lost, had a preliminary BAC of 0.250.
2A 44-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for shoplifting after taking clothing valued at $366 at Burlington, 9040 N. Green Bay Road, at 8:25 p.m. Aug. 28.
3A male was seen carrying two 40-inch Samsung TVs valued at $430 and $850 and walking out of hhgregg, 9140 N. Green Bay Road, at 11:15 a.m. Sept. 1. He drove off in a silver SUV.
4The following Milwaukee people were cited for shoplifting at Walmart, 6300 W. Brown Deer Road: A 45-year-old woman, also cited for resisting, recklessly endangering safety and trespassing, was seen switching price tags at 12:45 p.m. Aug. 31. Two others with the woman were cited -- a 17-year-old boy for disorderly conduct and resisting and a 19-year-old woman for a warrant; A 31-year woman took a shirt and underwear Sept. 2; A 34-year-old woman took meat and hygiene products Sept. 5.
5A 24-year-old Menomonee Falls man was cited for OWI and possession of marijuana after he was stopped for speeding in the 4100 block of West Schroeder Drive at 11:25 p.m. Aug. 31.
6A car was taken and another entered in the 6500 block of Cloverleaf Lane on Sept. 1 or 2. Keys for the stolen car were reportedly in the second car.
7A 27-inch Marin Hybrid bicycle valued at $600 was taken from an open garage in the 8200 block of North 38th Street on Sept. 2.
9A 22-year-old Brown Deer woman was cited for disorderly conduct and told she was no longer welcome at the store after swearing and threatening employees at Walmart, 6300 W. Brown Deer Road, at 3:40 p.m. Sept. 3.
10A car window was smashed in the 4400 block of West Schroeder Drive Sept. 3 or 4.
11A resident reported as she sat in her car in the driveway a male opened the rear passenger door in the 3900 block of Fountain Avenue about 2:50 a.m. Sept. 5. When she yelled at him, he fled.
12A car taken from the 8900 block of North Park Plaza Court on July 20 was recovered in the 6100 block of North Green Bay Avenue, Glendale, Sept. 6.
13A Ruger 380 pistol valued at $400 was taken from inside a residence in the 8200 block of North 44th Street on Sept. 7. Workers were in the home at that time.
14A 16-year-old Milwaukee boy was cited for theft, panhandling and underage possession of tobacco after he attempted to take a purse from a cart inside Walmart, 6300 W. Brown Deer Road, at 11:30 a.m. Sept. 7. He was later turned over to his mother.
A resident reported his name and social security number were used in an attempt to open a Chase Slate credit card Sept. 2. He was alerted by “All Clear” and the card was not issued.
15A 21-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for OWI, obstructing/resisting an officer, driving left of center and no proof of insurance after he was seen crossing the center line at least three times as he drove north in the 7400 block of North Lake Drive at 7:45 a.m. Sept. 5. The driver admitted drinking “last night,” saying he was trying to get home. He was told he was going the wrong way. After failing field sobriety tests, the man began struggling with officers.
16A 22-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for theft of more than $200 from his employer, BP Gas, 7010 N. Port Washington Road, Aug. 24.
17A 21-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for disorderly conduct and resisting an officer after a report of him attacking a woman in the 5800 block of North Lydell Avenue at 6:45 p.m. Aug. 29. The man fled the scene and when stopped, he struggled with police.
18A bill changer/vending machine was broken into causing $100 damage with about $25 taken at Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital, 375 W. River Wood Parkway, between Aug. 25 and 30.
19A car window was broken and a door damaged causing $1,500 damage in the 4700 block of North Port Washington Road on Aug. 29 or 30.
20Two women, 19 and 20, and two men, 21 and 24, all of Milwaukee, were cited for driving a car stolen out of Milwaukee in the 500 block of West Silver Spring Drive at 3:13 p.m. Aug. 30. They all denied knowing the car was stolen, saying they had borrowed it from a man named “B.”
21A 22-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for possession of a trace amount of heroin and drug paraphernalia and, along with a 19-year-old Franklin man, for theft of a sweater and glasses valued at $91 at Kohl’s, 5650 N. Bayshore Drive, at 7:20 p.m. Aug. 30.
22About $10 in change and a pair of $20 baby shoes were taken from a car after a report of juveniles entering cars in the 5600 block of North Braeburn Lane about 10:30 p.m. Aug. 30. There was no sign of forced entry.
23A car was entered but nothing taken in the 5500 block of North 26th Street on Aug. 30 or 31.
24Four tires and rims valued at $2,500 were reported taken from a 2013 Suburban in a rear lot at Andrew Chevrolet, 1500 W. Silver Spring Drive, on Aug. 31. The car had been placed on blocks.
25A 21-year-old Waukesha woman was cited for possession of 0.58 grams of heroin after a report the woman had overdosed at Motel 6, 5485 N. Port Washington Road, at 11:52 p.m. Aug. 31. The woman was given medical assistance.
26A weed wacker and battery packs were taken from a garage in the 5700 block of North Argyle Avenue on Aug. 31 or Sept. 1.
27A 54-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for his fourth OWI after he hit a light pole in the 6900 block of North Milwaukee River Parkway at 11:35 a.m. Sept. 2. The man, who admitted having two or three drinks, at first laughed when arrested and after being taken for a blood draw, screamed at hospital staff.
28Clothing items valued at more than $340 were taken from Victoria’s Secret, 5695 N. Centerpark Way, at 1:47 p.m. Sept. 2. A person wearing all black clothing grabbed the items, ran from the store and jumped into a car just outside the store with the motor running.
29Two Trek bicycles valued at $200 were taken and two older bikes left behind in the 2100 block of West Marne Avenue from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. Sept. 3.
30A car, parked in an alley with at least one window open, was entered but nothing taken in the 1900 block of West Kendall Avenue on Sept. 3 or 4.
31A 39-year-old Glendale man was cited for OWI-drug related in the 200 block of West Silver Spring Drive at 3:10 p.m. Sept. 4. North Shore Fire and a drug recognition expert came to the scene.
32A wallet, money clip and credit card valued at more than $100 were taken from an unlocked car in the 6400 block of North Atwahl Drive on Sept. 4 or 5.
33Two Milwaukee girls, 16 and 17, and a 17-year-old Lodi girl were cited for shoplifting after taking items valued at more than $180 from Charlotte Russe, 5800 N. Bayshore Drive, at 8:46 p.m. Sept. 5. When cited, the girls were found with a booster bag, pepper spray, a stun gun and items valued at $136 taken from American Eagle, 5785 N. Bayshore Drive. That theft happened about three hours earlier.
34A 50-year-old Glendale woman was cited for her third OWI after she was found slumped over in her car in the 7100 block of North River Road at 6:04 p.m. Aug 29. The woman, who admitted driving, had a BAC of 0.17 and was taken for a blood draw.
35A 36-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for OWI after she was found in her car with front end damage in the 1400 block of West Good Hope Road at 1:13 a.m. Sept. 11. When asked about the damage, the woman said she didn’t know anything about it. She also said she had one beer then two. Her BAC was 0.29
36A 17-year-old Milwaukee boy was cited for disorderly conduct after throwing bricks at cars causing over $3,600 damage at the corner of North Oakland Avenue and East Kenmore Place at 10:15 p.m. Aug. 17.
37A 16-year-old Milwaukee boy was cited for theft after taking someone’s wallet at Walgreens, 4035 N. Oakland Ave., at 2:50 p.m. Sept. 1. The boy was stopped and the wallet returned.
38A 54-year-old Belgium man was cited for possession of synthetic marijuana and a parole violation after his car was stopped in the 1100 block of East Capitol Drive at 3:30 p.m. Sept. 1.
39A 27-year-old Shorewood man was cited for possession of synthetic marijuana after police and North Shore Fire were called for a welfare check in the 3500 block of North Oakland Avenue at 1:40 p.m. Sept. 2. The man was found in bed unconscious but breathing and given medical assistance. The drug was found in plain view next to him.
40A 30-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for theft, trespassing and a parole violation after she was seen entering and attempting to enter cars in the 4000 block of North Prospect Avenue at 11:20 p.m. Sept. 3.
41A Dodge Caravan was taken from the 2400 block of East Shorewood Boulevard between 6 and 9:30 p.m. Sept. 5.
42An unlocked car in a driveway was entered but nothing taken in the 4100 block of North Morris Boulevard on Sept. 6 or 7.
43A saw and diamond-tipped saw blade valued at $2,072 were reported taken from the 4100 block of North Oakland before noon Sept. 7.
44A 16-year-old Milwaukee girl was cited for OWI-drugs after she was stopped for no registration plates in the 5200 block of North Lake Drive at 11:30 p.m. Sept. 2. She was taken for a blood draw.
45A 25-year-old Whitefish Bay man was treated at a hospital after a report of a drug overdose in the 5300 block of North Shoreland Avenue at 1:42 a.m. Sept. 3. After medically cleared, he was taken into custody for a warrant.
46A $600 Trek bicycle was taken from a bike rack at Richards School, 5812 N. Santa Monica Blvd., about 7:45 p.m. Sept. 3. Four or five boys were seen with the bike.
47Two men, 35 and 26, one of Milwaukee, one homeless, were cited for shoplifting after taking liquor valued at more than $200 at CVS Pharmacy, 240 E. Hampton Road, at 8 p.m. Sept. 4. At that time, the men fled in a car and got away. However, about 30 minutes later, they were cited for shoplifting by Fox Point police after taking liquor at CVS Pharmacy, 8661 N. Port Washington Road, Fox Point. It was then they admitted the theft in Whitefish Bay.
48A $200 Free Spirit bike was taken from an unlocked garage and another bike left behind the 5500 block of North Santa Monica Boulevard on Sept. 5 or 6.
49A $200 Gary Fisher bike along with a bag and lock valued at $20 were taken from an apartment garage in the 100 block of West Chateau Place on Sept. 5 or 6.
50Two 26-year-old Milwaukee men were cited, one for possession of 0.1 gram of cocaine and obstruction for lying to officers, and one was mailed a citation for driving with a revoked license after two cars were seen speeding in the 5000 block of North Santa Monica Boulevard at 2:31 a.m. Sept. 6.
51A 16-year-old Fox Point boy was cited for driving after suspension, for three counts of running red lights and three for failure to stop at signs after he sped away from police on his “motorized bike” driving on sidewalks and through yards in the 5500 block of North Lydell Avenue at 3:42 p.m. Sept. 6. He was found and cited at his residence in the 7900 block of North Port Washington Road.
52A 25-year-old Connecticut man was cited for OWI after he was stopped for crossing the center line “numerous times” in the 5400 block of North Lake Drive at 1:11 a.m. Sept. 8. His BAC was 0.11.
53A $600 iPad 4 was taken from a locked car in the 500 block of East Silver Spring Drive between 8:30 and 8:45 p.m. Sept. 8.
54A bike was taken from an unlocked garage in the 1200 block of East Henry Clay Street from Sept. 8 to 10.
55More than 10 bottles of liquor were taken by three males wearing sunglasses and hoodies at CVS Pharmacy, 240 E. Hampton Road, at 1:44 p.m. Sept. 10. They fled in a Dodge van with plastic taped over the windows.
56Two 12-year-old Milwaukee boys were cited for theft of two bikes taken from Klode Park, 5900 N. Lake Drive, about 7 p.m. Sept. 10. One of the owners saw the boys riding the bikes on West Silver Spring Drive and alerted police.
